Sofia's Pupuseria — Restaurant in Bailey's Crossroads

I really had a good experience at this place and we were super excited for the fact that they actually make pupusas. We kind of got a hodgepodge of things so we can try a little bit of everything and certainly everything was good and fresh, despite what others have said (mind you this was our experience though). We got a couple of the street tacos the beef and the chicken which were really good and flavorful. We also ordered two different pupusas the cheese and the stuffed pork which again was amazing however from previous pupusas we've had I don't think they were as good because the toppings /Escabeche we're a bit lacking. He also ordered a couple of the tamales, one was stuffed with chicken and the other was made with sweet corn; they were good in their own regards however they were just a bit different from what we were expecting and from what we were used to. We also had a couple of the juices as well the cashew nut juice and the passion fruit which was kind of what we had expected but good nonetheless. And the overall service was fast and attentive. The server that helped us was patient as she did not speak much English however are limited Spanish allowed us to navigate the menu and place our orders. IF I CAN GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD, I came to this Place Yesterday to Eat with My Friend, First the First time, I was happy to try it out, and Excited because of the Reviews they Have, First They Messed up my order i asked for 2 "Baleadas and Brought me 3 to the table, Then i asked for a chorizo con Huevo and one with Carne, The one with carne was Pollo, not carne like i had ordered, I told the Waitress my Order was wrong, and she didnt offer to change it, When it was time to pay i told the Manager/Owner about the my Order and she Answered back with an Attitude, Saying it wasn't The Waitress Responsibility to change the Food It was my Responsibility To Change it, and then She said she wasn't a Waitress she was just a Cashier, Then I suggested to hire A Waitress Maybe she will Get Peoples Order Right.

Second, I went to the Restroom, and it was Dirty and it Smelled Really Bad! They Had animals Crawling the Walls, Should had called the Health Department, I don't know how they are operating this Business. Trust Me its Not a Good Place to Eat, I know other Places that have better Food, are super Clean, and their Prices are Cheaper. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. ITS...

Worst service of all times! I wait 40 freaking minutes for 4 pupusas which were supposed to cost $1.95 (menu price) however they charged me $2.50. And the women working here, weren't telling anything on long will they take therefore I went and ask myself after 40 minutes how long more will I have to wait, they saw me in front of the counter and one of them told me "in one moment" and I said okay then I will wait right here then one of them went and grab a bag and gave it to me and said "here" I said thank you and she barely said it back...
