I’m sure at some point this place had fast friendly service and the food was served correctly and with a smile...but not for us and not today. We received an ad in the mail today and we’ve never been to this place before and decided to try it out. I ordered the number 19 which was two fried burritos and fries and drink...my husband ordered the pastrami chili fries and a drink. When we drove around to pay and pick it up they gave us the two drinks then handed us a small bag with what looked like a small fry and a single fried burrito and told us thank you and have a good day. My husband said “I’m sorry but I also ordered the pastrami fries” the girl just looked at him and closed the window. While we waited for the rest of the order that’s when I looked in the small bag and realized that I had someone else’s order or they messed up. So when they handed us the fries my husband said “excuse me this is only one burrito and a small fry we ordered the number 19” the girl looked at him again and closed the window. They finally realized that they gave us someone else’s bag of food. There was no apology or smile or kindness. They closed the window after the correction and we drove off. Customer service was lacking at this place. Just to note...they weren’t busy when we got there not sure what was going on that they couldn’t seem to figure things out. maybe they’ll do...

Oak St location Idk where to start so I'll try to keep it short. This place is awful. It's been under construction all summer and nothing visible has been done so It's drive thru only. Idk who runs the show but they need to fire the entire crew and try again. The food was overpriced and the taste... I could only compare my philly to, my very best guess, canned dog food. That's what it reminded me of. Awful. When I brought it back, the kid at the window asked me repeatedly to explain my issue with the taste and to describe what it tasted like specifically. His tone became slightly aggressive and he was very condescending. I finally said it tastes like I'm not eating it and I want my money back. Stay far away from this place. Try a different location. I ordered my combos to go. The French fries when I usually order here are at least hot. They served me my sundae before the food was done. The customer service was horrible. The over weight Hispanic lady that is the " night manager" was very rude to me. I ask to speak to the manager. I was very polite, asked her if I could have the fries served hot.....or reheated. She screamed at me..... saying they just came off the fryer. I beg to differ. The felt like they were under a heat lamp all day. Then she refused to refund me for the fries. I suggest everyone considering on this location I strongly suggest the other location on Wilson. The employees are very nice, and make you feel valued...
