Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Bakersfield

If I could leave less than a one I would. I am leaving this on behalf of my husband and daughter that just went in there tonight at about 6:20pm to get large and a medium drink. It cost them $6.00. My hubby told them there had to be a mistake they said no because there were two people they were counting them as two transactions not as one. Since that is the case they would be charging tax for both him and my daughter even though he was ordering for both of them. He was hot consider he could have gone down the street to McDonald's to get the same drinks for like $2.OO. It wasn't until my daughter and he were leaving and they were discussing it that they figured out that at that Jack they get a lot of homeless so therefore they are charging them so they are not hanging around and they get there money. I don't know if that is true but it seems about right. If so that is sad. But I know for sure they will not be getting our business ever again. That is for sure. $6.00 for two...

I have been going to this Jacks for 18yrs. I can say that it has for sure gone down. I haven’t visited in awhile and on 6/2/22 I went by and got two burgers. I got the double cheesy jack and the triple cheesy jack w/lettuce & tomatoes. Well first off the burgers are small, second the burgers looked like it was the last burger of the day, third and final they charged me extra for lettuce and tomato and didn’t include it. I drove home to find this out but returned to store and the attitude of the employees/manager made it look as if I was a problem when they messed up. They weren’t going to remake my meal until I showed receipt then the lady just tossed the messed up meal in the trash and made a fresh one(so I think). I get home and ate the meal within minutes I ran to bathroom like Usain Bolt. I will never eat here again. Lazy employees and lack of care for...

I just live 3000 feet. From the jack jn the box. I got a bbq bacon double combo. Switched thw fries for jalapeño poppers. What i got wasn't even edible. The burger both patties were so dry the were curled up permanently. Not cooked fresh. The two little pieces of bacon were rock hard old. The The crust crumbled apart when I tried to take a bite. The onions rings were also rock hard and at least 2 hours old. It was the saddest burger in bakersfield and that really is saying something for a place that is supposed to be cooking fresh as they advertise. Me personally. I am going to send a message to all 2800 of my business clients. And let them and all their employees know. I am usually much more reserved but this is not my first time I have given them over 10 chances. And I believe...
