Y’all this place is not it, if your a labubu lover, they have Lafufus mixed with what looks like real labubus to throw you off but if you really look at them you can tell they are fake, still debating if the one i got is real, something about it is just off. They also charged my card wrong but did reimburse me, at the end of the day this is okay and not the reason for the 1 star. the Hispanic Ash trevino looking female worker that helps at the cashier is the reason she is very rude, I spoke with her on the phone and she would literally be talking to other people as im speaking and when we went in-person to get our reimbursement, she was very rude explaining what happened while sucking on a popsicle and just aggressively pointing at a notice they had about a 2.5 percent card charge while my boyfriend was double checking their math since they were wrong the 1st time. I've dropped my review down to one star if I could give no stars I would, these guys totally lost me as a customer and a positive reference influencer for their business.... No honor, or concern when a toys sold through their store that is defective.. my son spent his entire savings on a toy there, it was presented new in the package, we opened it up and immediately the leg fell off the store said there's no money back and we can't do anything for you about the toy, you'll have to reach out to the manufacturer., Well the manufacturer doesn't make that toy anymore it wouldn't do anything for us either. 10/10 store highly recommend! There are many vendors with different merch you definitely have to look at everything closely. I seen a review about fake labubus but when I went they had literal signs they were not real but that if I was looking for a real one there was a vendor there that had real ones you just have to read and ask.They were all nice and helpful and helped me understand the taxes because at first I was a little confused but they broke it down for me and it made sense. I will definitely be coming back to buy more and will be bringing family and friends...
