Jamba — Restaurant in Bakersfield

I was going to Michael's next door and they were not yet open so I decided to try Jamba Juice. I am so glad I did.

Since going Vegan in December 2024 I have found it hard to find new options for treats. The Mega Mango was in fact a treat.

Brittany, my Server, was very nice and helpful.

Because I had never been here, I was unsure as to what to get. Also, being Vegan makes it challenging.

She suggested the goodness n' greens options, and further suggested the Mega Mango. I am happy that I listened to her.

The Mega Mango is sweet and tangy at the same time. Quite enjoyable.

Her service was fast and pleasant and the decor and atmosphere added to the ambiance.

Jamba Juice is great, and I always tell myself that I'm being healthier getting a smoothie here rather than iced coffee elsewhere. If you like Jamba Juice than you know what their product tastes like. If you haven't had them they are a great alternative to dessert type drinks. They are primarily made up of fruits and you can add protein or other supplemental additives. For this particular location, service was incredibly slow. They had four employees working and with only 5 customers it was a solid 10 min wait for my drink. There was no hurry up about them and many of the customers commented or complained to which they were politely ignored. TLDR Great product, really...

Fantastic Customer Service! The past 2 or 3 times I've gone to get a protein shake, it was slightly runny and was kind of bland but I don't like getting things remade because I'm one of those "you get what you get so don't throw a fit" type of people. This time I told them the same thing as explained above and the manager gave me a free drink because he said that customer satisfaction is his top priority. I am suuuper grateful/thankful/appreciative because I work next door and was having a bit of a long day....
