I'm purely writing this in the hope that the owner might read (for his/her benefit, not for mine). If you're a customer, I'd move on.
After having visited the store twice, I was quite happy. On my third visit (around 4:00 pm), when I came in, I happened to be the only customer inside the store. After standing in the front waiting for ~4 minutes without a greeting or acknowledgement, I left empty-handed. If the store had been busy, or I had somehow not been noticed, I would not at all have a problem with this. However, in the time I was there, an employee who appeared to be working the counter retreated to the back as I stepped up to the counter (I think he had a headset on - presumably he was working on something for a drive-thru order), I watched/listened to two employees have a lengthy conversation about how their generation was different than all the other generations (they didn't seem particularly busy - one of them moved some equipment about 3 feet in the time I was there), and saw two manager-ish employees walking from place to place (they looked as though they were busy with something, and it did not surprise me that they did not notice me). Eye contact was made with at least 2 of these employees, but none were able/willing to spare a second to help, or to at least say 'we'll be right with you,' if they weren't able to work the counter.
I don't at all mind waiting for service when it's reasonable to do so. But after 4-5 minutes alone at the counter, without a word or acknowledgement, it was clear that my business was not a priority. I'm not bitter, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point, but were I the owner, I would want to know that this was the case. And if this was my experience, I'm sure others have...
Read moreI love Krispy Kreme but this location is THE WORST. I placed an online order at 9 am to be picked up at 11:15 am. I showed up and thought they were working on my order because it was the thanksgiving mini pies that i also ordered. The girl at counter asked me what I was looking for and I told her my name for the pick up order. She went and grabbed my receipt and started talking with her coworker and then tells me they aren’t able to fulfill my order… even though there was a box they just finished preparing for another customer who wasn’t even there yet??? So I asked her why was another persons order more important than mine? And she just said I can create a different box or get a refund. I looked at the selection they had left and they hardly had anything so I asked for a refund. She just stood there looking at me. So I told her again I would like a refund. She went to the back and came back stating her supervisor wasn’t available bc they were in Fresno at the moment, but would get my order refunded when she came in later that day. I never received a refund. Why keep allowing people to order stuff before you fulfill the orders of customers who have already paid? And once THEY mess up your order, they don’t even have the decency to do the bare minimum of refunding you for something you...

First of all, to go to this store, it’s a good fifteen to twenty minutes, depending on traffic, it could be more. My husband went to get me the lemon-filled donuts, a (6 pk) because yesterday was my birthday. I opened the box got one and started to eat it. Then, looked at the rest and realized, the others got progressively smaller in size. So, he is now taking the rest of them back. For the price he was charged, it’s a must. Quality control for equal sizing needs to be a factor in this regard, and someone like a manager is not paying attention to it. And that they are allowing the product to go out like this is a shame. We Love the donut. We consider it a treat. We remembered what a big deal they were when they went in down, in Southern California. My mom and dad had us drive them to the newest one in, Yorba Linda, I believe. So, sad this happened so that’s the reason for the neutral three-star.
** My husband went back and the manager apologized for the situation. He said he didn't know who allowed it to go out that way. They didn't have any more lemon so in good faith he gave my hubby three raspberry-filled donuts. They are so busy with the New Year Special that it could have been an...
