I come here very often.. it is the closest to my home & my child loves Mc Donald’s. I was highly disappointed with the service myself and my family received today in the drive thru. They made a mistake on a coffee I ordered when I asked for the coffee they added to my order as they should & then when I got my coffee it wasn’t what I ordered when I said that they proceeded to make me feel like I was the one who had made a mistake the man started saying that we got what we paid for so I asked for a refund because what I paid for wasn’t what I ordered & they said well thats because it’s unavailable & I said well when I ordered it no one told me that he said I don’t know I just got here all flustered and rude. As mentioned previously I come here often & upon asking for the manager today they tried to lie and role play as a manager I quickly said that’s not the manager. A lady came to the window and didn’t show any care in what the problem was she parked us and had us wait for $2 in change. All that just because I asked for a refund after not receiving wrong one item from my order. I hope they can get help and some retraining.. I will be driving further to a different location that offers customer service. This location however doesn’t only lack customer service they simply just...

Check your food in the drive through before you pull off. Even if they realize they messed up your order they’ll stay quiet about it unless you say something. I went in a rush on my lunch to get in and out and got a $6 meal deal but when I gave them my order there was a long pause before the responded because the probably asked my order before they were ready to take it. At the windows they read it to me wrong and I had to tell them again he retook my order and charged me extra for the exta patty. I heard him tell them the corrected order on his headset. I paid and while getting my food at the next window I see 4-5 workers looking at the screen confused and looking back and forth at each other. Questioning if they messed up my order I waited after i took it and watched them and a couple of them looked at me and continued working so I figured I was fine and it must be something else. When I get back to work to eat they gave me the wrong burger with no extra patty so now I have to sit here and eat this dry burger because they didn’t put sauce on it either.
