Every morning I get a caramel ice coffee from but usually I go to ones closer to my house like California or ming on my way to work now today I went to this one on union and first they handed me the wrong coffee then when they hand me my ice coffee it doesn't taste like the others it doesn't even look like the others I tell them if he could add more cream and more caramel which is OK because I understand they may have busy and rushing things get mixed up fine but they take it back add the extra stuff and the manager hands it back to me with an attitude oh that's how we make it every morning ...so every one makes it the way I like without me asking except y'all and u get and attitude with me because I want it the same way every other McDonald's makes it and this is not the first time they come with attitude ... Read moreTHE WORST MCDONALD'S I'VE EVER BEEN TO! It has NOTHING to do with it's location, the people who frequent it, or the homeless population that surrounds the area. The employees here ( with the exception of MARY and the managers ) are the most vile and rude people ever. They act as if you owe them something, and if you ever have to dispute your order, they all huddle together and gang up on the customer. They PROFILE and DISCRIMINATE against customers whom are tattooed, pierced, and may be dirty from WORK. There "go-to" strategy for dealing with customers who need to dispute their orders due to wrong items, is to grab the phone and say, "Well I'm just going to call the police.." I understand that they may deal with people who aren't always friendly, but telling your customers this makes them feel as if you are categorizing them as some kind of criminal or someone who has done something wrong warranting law enforcement. I was going here EVERYDAY spending in the ballpark of $100 per week on coffee. I will NOT be doing that anymore. LOST 2 customers....
Read moreI just had the worse experience here this morning.Normally when I go here I never have a problem with my food order, but today I did.I was polite when I told the older black cashier what I wanted to eat and drink and she ended up giving me the wrong drink on purpose after i told her what i wanted off the menu,not to mention she ended up locking the ladies bathroom door and with a crappy attitude made me ask her to use the bathroom and unlock the door with an attitude.I don't know who peed in her Wheaties this morning but this lady needs to get an attitude adjustment.I understand why they lock them up sometimes because the homeless people like to just go in and hang out but she could have been more nicer to me about that then have a bad attitude with me.I almost walked out crying because of her,even my hubby knew I was super mad and I only cry when i'm mad.I doubt I will ever go back there anymore and if i do it will be when she's not around,the other people that work there are really nice but she's just...
