Smh can you imagine leaving the gym, very hungry with not much money and choosing to spend the little you have on some food that was given to you cold. LITERALLY MY MEAT WAS DRY AND COLD AND THE TACO HAD VERY LITTlE COLD MEAT. ( i can count the pieces of meat on each taco just eyeballing it.....that's how bad it is) I ALSO ASK FOR MY SHELL TO BE WELL DONE, I DONT LIKE UNCOOKED TORTILLA. The only way I enjoy my tacos are with the shell well done. I enjoy a bit of a cruch to my bite. I asked respectfully 3 times to assure that I got what I'm paying for. I get my food and open it immediately and food cold right out of the window. I was already driving off into busy union traffick and too busy to turn around to get my order corrected as i was also given a ride there. 😩 smh.

I wish I were able to share a picture of these horrible tacos I don't know if they don't like black people or they just don't care. But they have pretty good reviews so 🤷 I'm not understanding why my service was horrible. That's not how you do business. I'm paying for what I want. And I could have went somewhere else. Smh. Won't go back. This is my 3rd time here, (more convenient to where i live.. yett, same service... so wont be coming back. The one on wible are way more accommodating and food is alwsy on point. But so far from home.

I been going here for years and they have an app to get points which I do like because sometimes money has been hard. And my acc I had $2254 of purchases and I know its alot of points all so they can erase my acc and start me all over again. They should of atleast let the customers know hey that app won't work anymore or something nope I was looking fwd to use my points for once since I'm going thru hard times at the moment. And they are expensive I was willing to pay the extra money because of the points I don't think im coming back after this I have to block the "new acc"

This is the 2ed time I'm writing a review that I have to edit this one. Now that I got home and seen my food omg. I took 1 bite and I couldn't it was all watered down that the tortilla ripped apart I did asked no union no nothing and I still got everything on it which I hate because it makes it soggy ughhh yesss definitely not coming back. On the food I actually had put 4stars but now I don't even want 1 star this is annoying day for Me because not did they take away all my points but gave me my order wrong and soggy tortillas and put green salsa when I asked for red too bad it's late or else I would go to a taco truck that's...

If you like food handled by someone wearing the same exact gloves that he handles the money with, then you'll love this place. I called to express my concerns with the "owner Jesus" and some lady answered and was very unprofessional. I could here her telling "owner Jesus" (in Spanish) "that there was some customer on the phone asking for the manager or owner, he didn't sat his name." When "owner Jesus" got on the phone, he told me that he makes the employee go from station to station in order to help and save money, "because of course, owning a restaurant you need to save money." (His words not mine) he also stated that he encourages the employees to wash their hands with the gloves on "as if they didn't have them on." Then he stated that another reason they can't change gloves in a timely matter is because "people's (meaning his employees) hands sweat and it's hard to put new gloves on when their sweaty." As if he never thought of making them remove the gloves, wash their hands and then dry them, THEN put gloves on. Anyways, I'm sure the health department will close them down soon enough, I for one will not be back to visit this...
