Customer Service is great! I always see bright smiling faces when I come in and a team behind the desk ready to help me find the goods I want. If they don't have it, they are willing to direct me to another business that may have one, and I appreciate that. Aside from the wonderful service, the vendors or dealers in the store have great prices, and attitudes. Majority of them are willing to negotiate or take an offer. For people looking for real antiques they have a good collection of dealers, especially the gentleman in the back that brings in beautiful antique furniture every Thursday! I was in there yesterday, and unfortunately, bore witness to a racist outburst by a woman who worked there (not sure of her affiliation exactly, but she was behind the counter and helped with my checkout). I didn’t say anything at the time because it’s 2023 and you never know how things could escalate. That being said- it’s 2023 and racism is boring and a mental illness at this point.
