At first when I walked in the place there was nobody in the whole building like I go to town everybody would tend around talking I placed my order with the lady that would behind the counter she never said anything she just walked away I could do for like 25 minutes they took in more orders as I was sitting there waiting still never said a word to me the people that came in after me got their order when the Chicken came up there numbers were78 79,80 and my number was number 77 weāre all waiting on hot chicken spicy they never even said a word to let us know that they were waiting on the chicken to come up I was standing right there in front of the counter the entire time for 20 to 25 minutes they win ahead and made the other orders that came in after mine and never called my number I got frustrated and walked out this place has got to shut down it had absolutely no customer service People that are untrained behind the counter no professionalism whatsoever they got paid for my dinner and never even get I receive my dinner after 25 minutes I got first-rate it and walk out the door and they got free money for nothing I recommend everybody to petition to stay away from Popeyes and Rosedale highway If I could give him a zero star thatās what I would give them they have absolutely and I do mean absolutely no kind of customer service which the web are very unprofessional people operate in the place away from the manager all the way down to the funky to doing the cooking or the girls behind the counter everybody walking around like a chicken with her head cut off and not knowing what the hell they are really doing this place need to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI placed an online family order and drove 20 minutes to pickup just to get home and find out they gave me someone elseās large online order which was nothing I ordered. Called several times to see if i need to bring food back to get correct order, nobody answered. Since I have worked in the food business before I know they canāt take food back. So I drove back just for the cashier to be rude. Claimed I never called but yet she confirmed the number to be correct from my call history log that I showed to her. She then stated they were taking training classes and didnāt hear a phone ring. She refused to give me my correct order stating I had to drive all the way back home and return wrong order. After at this point I have already wasted 80 minutes of my evening. She then said I can request refund online. I have done so, awaiting response. I also called and they answered (glad to know their phones do work), cashier stated her name to be Stephanie (probably her stage name). But anyway worst customer service and employees need some better training courses and scheduling since apparently all employees were watching training courses in the office at same time and not answering...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst off we eat at Popeyes regularly. Just had the worst experience at the Popeyes on Rosedale Highway in Bakersfield. I ordered a couple spicy chicken sandwiches, fries and a drink. I asked for some dipping sauce like I normally do and was told they charge 25 cents for each one and do I still want them. I said why are they charging me for them when I never have to pay for sauce when I ask for it. The drive up employee said it just depends on the night and which manager is working. I was so surprised and upset. They already charge so much for their food. I don't see why they can give a couple sauces for free like other restaurants do. Then they give me my bag of food in a bag that was way too small to hold all the food, napkins and sauces I had to pay for. Then they put the fries in the bottom of the bagand the sandwiches on top so the fries were smashed. Lastly, because they shoved all the food in the small bag it smashed the sandwiches as well .
