If you want a quality Starbucks beverage go to this location specifically. If you are really lucky your drink will be made by Natasha. She gives 100% attention to detail in following through with your requests. I always feel educated when she assists me. There have been a lot of changes to the menu and simply how the drinks are made this last year and it has been difficult for me to know how to order until I went to her store and she educated me on the details to always ensure a beverage to my liking. I have had multiple drinks not to my liking until this employee took the time to fully explain to me the new structure for drink building. It is hard for me to go to other locations because I know if she is working, which is very often that the service will be quick, accurate, and I will feel valued. Additionally, It is clear that she is a shift supervisor as it is apparent that she is leading a team that is clearly motivated and flowing efficiently when she is working. When you talk with her you see that she is so passionate about the company and the customers she serves. She connects with customers the way you would see the ideal barista do so in a movie. I have sat back and observed her in the café and she has taken the time to memorize regulars name and order. You can see how it lights up their day just feeling valued and greeted with a smile. Read moreThis is an updated review. Service was terrible the last few times I have gone. It was only great that one time I experienced with that other barista Hazel and the night crew. The few times I have gone, the syrup was all at the bottom, my food had a hair that was stuck to the outside of my sandwich, AND they gave me the wrong drink. I ordered a venti hot tea and they gave me a drink with two different tea bags. I also went inside another time and was waiting there for a long time before my drink was done and was given attitude when I tried to ask.
