Went to This Subway Location Yesterday to get a 6 inch Tuna Sub for my Mom and a 6 inch Tuna Sub for me… While on my way to work this was around 12:25 or so I had to be to work at 13:15 hours (1:15pm for Civilians) Standing in Line for about 10 minutes… Only 2 Workers… One working on a Long Online Order Ticket!!! I mean Loooonnnnggggg! About 48 - 72 inches Long Maybe but that is beside the Point… there were Customers waiting over by the Pay/Pickup Counter about maybe 3 or 4… There were 2 - 3 Customers in Line in front of me… After the Customer in front of me started their order… One was for a 6 inch sandwich… and then another 6 inch the Girl is Frantically looking through the Proofer and Oven’s for more Bread… then goes to tell the Customer all we have is Flat Bread left… Then she turned around and said to the other Customers in line… including myself and one other (Now Remember I was already waiting about 10 Minutes….) She goes to say I don’t want to waste anyone else’s time but all we have is Flat Bread left… Thinking to myself…. (Wait Excuse me it is not even 12:45 13:00 hours and All you have is Flatbread Left)…. Where is the Rest of the Bread that should be in the Proofer Proofing or in the Oven Baking…. I tell You there was Nothing in Either one except Flatbread…. VERY DISAPPOINTED VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION….. If I Could put 0 or even 1/2 a Star ⭐️ I would!!!!! Read moreThe refrigeration broke down, and there was one lady doing the counter. She said there were two workers, one blonde guy who was outside on the phone and Alejandro, who was on his lunch break. The lady told Alejandro to clock back in and help because they're closing the store after helping the remaining customers in the lobby. Alejandro did with NO COMPLAINING! He helped me, and I felt sorry for him because by law....if you're off the clock, you're off the clock. The blonde guy DIDN'T PULL HIS WEIGHT! He stayed in the back area, hiding, as the two helped do orders for the customers who were waiting at the counter.
So, to ALEJANDRO, you deserve five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for your teamwork when you were off the clock. I hope corporations, supervisors, managers, and Jim Stewart, the owner operator, see this post and take notice of the value you bring to that location. (Ming and Stine)
