So I had came in around 6:40 I had ordered a regular burrito with asada,shrimp, and avocado. I had asked for no salsa, pico de giyo and cilantro. Remind you on the menu for this burrito on the website as well as the menu in store the description says "your choice of meat, rice , beans salsa (pico de giyo) and cilantro" no where in this says onions are in it. So I had assumed it came included in the salsa. So when I got home and seen it filled with onions I was extremely disappointed and irritated because I can't eat uncooked onions
So I had called and said the was salsa or pico de giyo in my burrito and I wouldn't be able to eat it. They wrote it down told me I could come in tomorrow and have it fixed no questions asked.
My issue came from when they called me back about five minutes afterwards saying. It was the girl who had taken my order and had said she had done everything right and the cooks had made it perfectly and that I was in the wrong for accusing them of doing it wrong due to the info on the website and menu for not mentioning onions weren't included in the salsa and that they had came on so there was no reason and wanted me to take pictures and send it the their phone number to show there manager
My problem wasn't for calling me back but the way she was talking to me. I work in the food industry as well and deal with many customers. I have never disrespected a customer for mentioning they didn't like something In there food they weren't aware about. I had just apologized and taken care of it and remade it without issues...

Read moreWorst Experiance, i informed the cashier with glasses Sunday morning August 21st that a few days ago they had forgotten to put cheese on my Nachos. She didn't care, all she wanted to do is charge me more for a little bit of cheese, to top it off she was so rude, obnoxious and conceded, when we first walked in there was no one around, so we waited around for a while only to find out that she had been sitting on the toilet, she came out in a rush without even washing her hands and tried to serve food, we left to never come back. Do yourself a favor, there are so many places to eat besides this place that Do Not try to ripp you off, cleaner and more freindly, this hole in the wall deserves to be closed down for fraud and being nasty, unfortunatly they cannot do anything for being Rude and Nasty dirty hands unless they catch that cashier with glasses in the act.
