I have been there multiple times in the past 8-12 months. For at least three of the last four times it has been very hot and the flies have been TERRIBLE, making it miserable. They should invest in fly traps or something and turn the A/C down. It wasn’t just the party that I was with that felt that way - - there were other customers fanning and swatting flies too. There is a big gap at the top of one of the doors that needs to be fix; (1) to help with flies, and (2) to prevent the appearance that they don't care. Each visit, there has been either no soap or no paper towels in the men’s restroom. The service has been 'acceptable' until yesterday (June 10th around 5:45 PM - 06:15 PM). There were three of us on one ticket. As we gave each order to the young man behind the counter, he seemed to be really put out that we had more to order. I don't consider 3 combos a big order. When we received our order, it wasn't right so we had to go back to him. He was eating at the counter which I don't consider acceptable - - just my opinion. Anyway, again he seemed put out that I was bringing back the wrong side item and asking for the right one. With an ATTITUDE he SLUNG a box to open it and FILLED it full of fries (instead of what a normal serving would have been). Note: I checked the ticket and it was correct so whoever filled the order is the one that got it wrong. But it was the one at the counter taking the order that made the negative impression. Read moreI'm waiting on a manager to contact me back. I went there and ordered the family box of chicken. The total came out to $28.13. I gave my card and noticed after several minutes I hadn't gotten my receipt nor my card. Once I got the cashier's attention. I was told the machine was having issues. Then I was asked did I have another card because the chip wasn't working in the one provided. I handed another card over and was told the system was down. So, I paid in cash with a $100 bill because it was all I had on me. Well to my surprise they took and provided me with the change and my order. Once I got home I noticed one of the two cards was charged. Well a couple of hours later my other card has been charged. So, a grand total of three times. I called the store and was told by the assistant manager the manger won't be back in until tomorrow and she would be the one to handle refunds. I am highly disappointed and feel this should have been handled today being my money was taken today. I also do not appreciate it was paid for but was told it wasn't and I paid in cash in the end not knowing two times I had already been charged.
Update: It's the next day and the manager is at the bank and so I'm waiting for...

On the ubereats app has a family meal on chicken tenders for 30 pieces chicken tenders 6 large sides 15 biscuits and 10 sauce for $55 plus tax. But I was close to the store that I didn't order it through the app and just went to the drive through and I asked them if that family meal was on the app only to order it through the app or I was able to get the same thing through the drive through and they told me that they don't do Uber eats. So I ended up ordering two 16 pieces family meals. When I pulled up to the drive through to pay I showed the casher and then went to go get the manager and the manger saw my phone as I was showing him and explaining it and in a rude manner he's answer was they don't do Uber eats. So then why is Popeyes on Ubereats if there not going to respect what they have. And on top of that they gave me drumsticks and leg thighs when I ordered tenders and they gave my mashed potatoes with gravy covered in a soda lid like really. I don't...
