THIS LOCATION AND MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE only go here if you want to waste your money. Management is rude and useless and they always mess the pizza up. This is a new review the one below is from a previous experience...I gave them another chance and I'll never go back now. He didn't remake or refund the pizza even though it hadn't been touched and thats because it was burnt and supposed to be dbl pepperoni on the big new yorker. If I was the owner I would fire this guy he is extremely rude and unhelpful. He is hurting your business.
I went up here after calling several times with zero answers and they told me they were not taking any more orders because they were really backed up they don’t close till 12am that make zero sense
10/11 They made the pizza with tomato paste. I went to return it or possibly get another, but I can already tell they aren’t gonna be professional. He dug in his nose when I told him that he had tomato paste on it then he asked me what is tomato paste and I said it comes straight out of a can it’s condensed tomatoes. A younger, dark haired Hispanic Guy, who was flirting with his blonde haired boyfriend in the window when I pulled up. Laura told him to go to the back, supposedly their manager, and he was trying to talk smack to me like for real, so anyways he went to the back and then he came back saying something and she told him to be quiet but then his boyfriend, the guy with the blonde hair, who is also Hispanic not that it matters, but I wanna give a description of who was working that night cause I don’t have their names with me, Magini and nodding his head as if I was even talking to him. Linda was putting in my credit at the moment. I asked him if he wanted to say anything or I miss something and he just kept nodding his head and me hugging, and then he looked at his boyfriend Who was back in the front after being told to go to the back to probably cool off because he got real saucy real quick….. but he really had nothing to get mad about because he wasn’t wearing gloves and he was digging in his nose,which is gross. Read moreI placed an order online for pickup, pay at the store. I arrived to the store at the drive through window expecting my order to be ready as promised. girl #1 takes my payment, via debit card, processed it, I sign and she comes back to say it will be about 8 more mins. I said fine, no problem and continued to wait. Girl #2 then comes to the window to say that I need to pull around and go back to the end of the line because other cars are waiting. I politely told her that I’d rather not because I’ll have to then wait for all of the cars behind me, (4-5 cars) and politely asked for a refund. Girl #2 begins to get an attitude and says we haven’t even started making your order yet so it’s going to be 30 more minutes, I said well can I just have a refund, girl #2 yells and says “we can’t issue refunds, you need to move your car or I’m calling the police. So instead of giving me a refund or canceling the transaction so it can go back to my card, she slams the window and calls the police. This girl needs to be fired! Every business has a return policy, even Pizza Hut, not issue a store credit especially when it’s the store that made the error. This was totally uncalled for! Girl #1 should not have taken my payment if my order had not even been started yet, and simply updated me when I arrived instead of lying, and they also promised times that they could not fulfill, I get being busy, but just say that and I would have cancelled before paying, and there would be no need for any refund. But I’m the one that gets the police called. Like I told her, I know my rights and I’m not a criminal, and I have a right to a refund not a store credit! I will never come back to that store again, that was my first time stopping there and will definitely be my last!...
Read moreThey suck. Really. They have ghetto hood rats working the front and they are disrespectful as ever. They forgot some food off my order so I had to call back to have them deliver it to me. They told me it would be here in 40 minutes. I had to wait 2 hours and still didn't have it. They told me I just had to wait cuz other people had to get their food first before I got WHAT I HAD ALREADY ORDERED 2 HOURS BEFORE!! I asked to speak to a manager and the girl hung up on me. So I called back and asked for a manager again. The lady who got on the phone portrayed herself as the manager but really wasnt!! I asked where my food was but nobody seemed to know what happened to it. I was told it was in the process of being remade and it would be delivered to me shortly. So i had to wait even longer for something i ordered 2 hours prior. I had to get out of my house at 8 pm to go get my food that I had already paid for because they still hadn't began to even make it. I got to the location and the "hood rats" were even more ghetto in person. The real manager had to come to the front and had no idea about what was going on. She addressed the situation and was able to get me my food that had already been sitting in the warmer the entire time. These little ratchet hood rats were as unprofessional and rude as hell. Aside from the delivery driver and the REAL manager, my entire experience with this location was horrible. I can say Pizza Hut has lost a customer. I'm sure it doesn't matter much because they have so many other customers but I know they will no longer be getting any of my business.
Oh and FYI I still ended up paying $47 for this! And a discount off my next order...
