i was going to the drive thru with my friend one day and we pulled up to order. i then proceeded to ask do you have any shakes? she didn't hear me like 20 times and i had to repeat it a lot. the lady then replys "yes we have chocolate vanilla and strawberry". so then i proceed to ask "can i have a large chocolate shake?" she then says.. "we dont have chocolate shakes. then i say okay then can i just get a 20 piece nugget for my friend. she asks for what sauce we want and my friends said no to sauce so i say no sauce. then i ask for a mcflurry but they didnt have any so i said okay let me get a vanilla shake. she said okay and then i was feeling myself anotha 20 piece nugget for my self. then she said okay anything else? i asked for ranch sauce and honey mustard sauce and she said "i thought you didnt want sauce" with attitude. which made me mad but i was like okay im a thug so i said yeah sorry aobut that. then she said okay pull up like that capybara. so i pulled up to the window and i waited like 5 mintues for her to say "sorry we dont have vanilla shakes" so why would u say it when you dont even have it? anyways i said do you have any replacements? like another shake or anything. she siad "what do you mean" with attitude again. i said anything like a shake? she said no i'm just gonna take it off. which i was mad because i didnt get my shake but okay!. and then she gave me my food which then i said okay thank you have a good one. and she didn't say anything back because shes a meanie so we just left. we went to get our food and she gave us barbeque sauce and NO RANCH OR HONEY MUSTARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! not just ONE OR TWO BUT 6 BARBEQUE SAUCES!!!!!!! that made me SO MAD!!!!!!!!!!! not just that but 20$????????? Read moreWill never go to any Mc Donald's again. This morning I went to get my daughter breakfast our order came out to $10.44 I gave the cashier $22.44 she gave me my items order and no change back. So when I asked the cashier (Esmeralda) hay where is my change she said oo I think I gave it to you... So I talked to the Manager Carlos Leon and he said let me count the register came back said no it's fine she gave you your change I said look I'm not going to argue with you over $10 my change she did not give me. So he went on to say call back later and I will check the cameras. Since I had to leave and still drop off my daughter and get to work I left very upset. I only got his name since I requested the information and the cashier Esmeralda which he wrote on a duplicate receipt he handed to me... They’re supposed to be 24hours but the downside of that according to the young male associate or worked during the time of my visit (11:50pm January 25th) they don’t accept card or mobile app payments only cash during the times of 11:20pm to 12:30 or 1am… but instead of apologizing and helping finding better ways to satisfy the customer I get a “there’s nothing we can do about it” “yes you see McDonald’s as a franchise but we aren’t all the same we are a different company” “you need to move so I can get the more orders behind you” “maybe wait until the reset is done and then we can complete your order.” 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ I was very upset and treated like my order didn’t matter even if the app gave me a code, took my payment and I ordered ahead of time 🤦🏽♀️ I won’t ever return to this location and won’t be ordering from the app anytime soon except to use up my rewards I’ve earned!
