Looks like another KFC that will eventually be closed down which is sad. I was sent for an online order and get there around 45 minutes or more before closing time. The doors are locked so I go to the drive thru. After a while no one answers, I pull up to the window. There are two Men that are working, They notice me several times but continue to ignore me and go about their business. I call their number, no answer. Several more minutes ago by and I see a Woman who I assume is the evening Manager and She sees me. I motion to Her and show Her that I have an order on my phone. She takes Her good old time and finally unlocks the window. She nonchalantly said just to cancel the customers order like it was nothing, I said that all they had to do was tell me that they decided to close up early and she tells me that the Men that are working there are "slow" and that it's not their job to acknowledge customers or tell Her anything. She had a condescending attitude and the way She used disabled People as an excuse for Her neglectful behavior rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up having to explain this to my waiting customer and apologizing for this Woman's behavior. There were no other customers there accept for another car that pulled up behind me after I was waiting there a while. I won't be picking up orders at this location...
Read moreI understand fast food is what it is...fast food; but that does not mean treating customers disrespectfully. Whereas the individual at the cash register was courteous, the manager was not. I asked for pickles with my order and I even asked them to pay for it but the server gave the pickle for free as there was no way to ring it. If I had known, I would have not even asked for it. The manager came over and started making snide comments that 'are we now giving away food?'. When I went back and complained about this comment, she was extremely rude, ill-mannered, uncivil, disrespectful, derogatory, insulting and demeaning. In fact, if ever in my life I have seen the worst customer treatment was in this KFC of Pleasant Hills, PA (KFC, 5130 Clairton Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15236). Go and enjoy the food..with bad customer treatment at your own peril. Whatever happened to Pennsylvania courtesy.....You won't get it here. Actually, KFC should hire more people especially managers like her to ensure their sale goes down the drain even sooner than Mcdonald's, Wendy's and Arby's want and give her employee of the...
Read moreThe Clairton Rd KFC has horrible customer service. Employees are plain ignorant. When asked for an order of 8 original chicken thighs on 1-27-22, the gentleman opened up the oven and pulled out an entire tray of thighs and yet said he could only sell us 4 and that we had to take 4 of something else. The store was empty so what did they plan to do with the remaining tray? Once they filled the order it was thrown on the counter with no indication that it was our order. When asked about our order, the girl got ignorant with her remark, turned her back and walked away. We were supposed to read her mind that it was our order she threw on the counter. These employees were plain ignorant and clearly did not want to do the jobs they were hired to do. KFC should re-evaluate these employees and remove those that are unable to satisfactorily deal...
