Thought it’d be nice to take my family out for a celebration of getting a new job. We had our 3 girls (including our new born who, yesterday had minor Surgury done) with us. So we were seated and we ordered the pork chops that were advertised 7.99 outside. When we were seated the sign on the table was 8.99. ( not a big deal). So we were waiting and our girls food came out first. Then our pork chops (grilled). So this is the first issue. Our chops came out without the sides. And when we got them. The coleslaw tasted old and bad And the fries were the best part. At this point we are already 45 minutes in. My wife and I were very disappointed with the taste. (Very bland). So she ate half of hers and I ate most of mine. At this point it’s an hour in. Figured ok let’s try the fried. We both took one bite and we couldn’t eat any of it. We asked our server for a manager. And she stated that there wasn’t one on duty. In the midst of all of this happening, I glanced back into the kitchen from our seat. And THE KITCHEN WOKER HAS A CIGARETTE HANGING OUT OF HIS MOUTH!!!!!!! Didn’t make mention due to the fact that I was not speaking with the manager. So anyway, she asked if we wanted free dessert to compensate. I said no due to our children needed to get to bed. I then proceeded to ask if we can have our meals compensated instead. She said that someone offered to make us a new grilled pork chop ( which was never offered and again we were very disappointed with in the first place ) I didn’t know what to do so I paid anyway. I wanted very badly to just walk out WITHOUT paying. I have been in the restaurant business for 8 years 5 of which as a manager. And I would get FIRED if I didn’t take care of my guests. Customer service is just that... to serve a customer. And if he customer is unhappy DO EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING TO MAKE THEM HAPPY. this unfortunately was our first AND last time going to this establishment.
Wish something could be done about...

The food is precooked (likely days in advance) and refrozen / refrigerated, so it can be reheated in a microwave (or deep fryer) for each order. It’s obvious the staff is aware of this, because when they ask how the meal was, they aren’t even close to surprised when they’re told the truth. Judging by their response, the don’t actually care either.
But let’s talk about one thing first. Before you can eat the food or drink the drink, you have to be able to order something from the menu. Here is the list of items they were out of (not because it was busy, or because it was on special).
7 of the 16 beers listed on the Beer Menu Pizza (all) Calzones (all) Vegetables (all, except mushrooms and lettuce that was partially blackened by rot)
My table had a range of items we ended up ordering from grilled chicken and Alfredo to burgers to fried shrimp and chicken tenders.
100% of the food we ordered was not finished and would have been sent back, had we believed it could have been corrected.
The staff was so unphazed by this, it appeared as though they expected it. Barely offered an obligatory apology, then brought the check over, as if to say, “hurry and get out.”
I asked why they had so many rooms unseated, and so many cool looking things not working and a hibachi and sushi are not up and running. The answer I received after each question was, “We used to... have more people eat here... have sushi, but we don’t serve enough... be busier... etc”
That sums it up perfectly. The Baltimore House is a place that has an owner that “used to...” and now just doesn’t. It’s sad, because the space could be something special. The people that own and run it just refuse...

Wow. I don’t even know where to start? The dinning area had two seated tables when we arrived. Both tables were verbalizing that the service was slow.
Basically, it was shocking how low-grade and horrible the food and service were during our visit. My friend’s Wedding soup was from a can with added extras to make it look homemade. My lobster bisque was cheese wiz based and without lobster (crackers were extremely stale).
Both meals were inconsistent with tempature and lacked real lobster and or shrimp. It took 50 mins to get our main meals. The waitress did informed us while walking past our table three times that our food “was comeing”. She did stop on the fourth table pass to ask “is there anything I can get you” (maybe our meals) I should have said. At this time I did order a refill on my coke and never received it during our stay.
We had to hunt down our waitress to get the check. During the hunt, a couple that had placed their drink order waited maybe 20 mins and they never receiveing any type of drinks. They got up and left (smart people).
While we walked the empty dinning rooms to find our waitress, We decided to descend to the lower bar (it was not busy). We were pointed to the kitchen by a clearly intoxicated orlder female worker, She let us Know that we may find our waitress in the kitchen. We located the waitress and checked out.
Horrible all around; food, service and timeframes. The prices are really high for imitation and subsatuted seafood items along with shockingly small portions.
The Baltimore house is a shameful place and a disgrace to real dinning establishments!
Most of the high star ratings are from blank profiles without pics that seem to be from staff or people that know staff. Also, there are many repeating positive post! Baltimore house is even shady on line. ...
