Stone Craft Pizza — Restaurant in Pleasant Hills

An absolute dynamo since having arrived here. Stone Craft Pizza is an amazing locale that you have to try. It's become a regular staple in my pizza choices, and help set a bar for the region as a whole; or so that's how I feel.

The big thing to note is you're best served by calling or placing an order in advance. It's a small team, a small building, and they serve as much as they can. It's improved since they originally opened, but still best to try and not get a last minute order in.

So, with that out of the way, how's the pizza?

Amazing. With different options to suite different palettes, and each being a unique and well-planned addition to the menu.

My sister loves the hot-honey pizza they do, and it's really changed up her pizza preferences as a whole. It's a game changer. If you don't mind a bit of heat, you should really get one.

Their margherita pizza is fantastic. It's not perfect, as of last time I tried it. It could be better. A true Italian from Naples coming to the area would probably have a few things to say. Though, I can safely attest its one of the best you're going to get around here, and it would probably still pass as true margherita in their eyes.

The simple pizza, and the white pizza, are lovingly made, and worth the effort to get. Really, this place does pizza properly, and I can't recommend...

Tried to order a large pizza with pepperoni and green pepper they didn't have green pepper so I asked for black olives he didn't have that either so I got half mushrooms because my bf likes them but I don't. So on Google there was a chalk board with the prices so I got breadsticks also the price should've been around $31. I get there and it's more like $37 so I questioned it and he was really rude and telling me that he didn't put this on Google and that was the prices from 2 yrs ago.so he tries to tell me that he didn't charge me for the mushrooms which was probably $1. So he basically called me a liar and to show him what I seen on Google so I did that's when he said it was from 2 yrs ago. So he said don't take it then I told him no I'll take it but if u didn't put this on Google then maybe u should take it off he said it cost money to do that I asked how much he said it don't matter I'm not paying anything. Have been a long time follower of this place and have been wanting to try for forever! Was a little nervous after seeing some certain reviews from others sayibg stuff about the owners being rude about having to wait out in there cars.

Listen, I dont believe that they were rude to that person! Maybe the person found that odd. But, if thats how they want to run their business follow it.

I got there a few mins early(as a newbie) the lady was extremely friendly asking me nicely to move my car closer to their place and that she would bring it out when it was ready. I had no problem doing so, wasnt in any hurry. They also have a sign stating that if your 5 mins or earlier they will ask you to wait in your car. Completely understandable.

Now, the Pizza! We got the Sicilian! OMG! DELISH!!! Crunchy crust and being a picky sauce person, their sauce was AMAZING!
