Always out of everything .. today they ran out of coffee.. how?!?! Its 8am.. how does this happen
12/2/22: still the worst DD on earth with the most rude staff possible. Its like they search out and hire rude people. Wish they would open another one next door i could go to
12/6: hope the cashier is ok, i asked for a napkin and she rolled her eyes so hard i think there might be perminate damage. Might be an OSHA claim, we shall see
12/11: cashier survived her eye roll from previous visit, but still unhappy about being asked for a little lid stopper. Oh, still out of lid stoppers, 3 weeks and running.
12/16: day 278 of ordering the same exact order everyday, every single day. Cashier..You want what? Im not sure we can make that ...me: ........ 😐
12/26 :the look on your face seeing the 6pk of Krispy Cream was worth it, atleast i like your coffee more.
12/29: i make my one beverage order, and drive to the window, i get to the window and... i pay and say hey good morning, and then, that isnt my drink, she said yes it is, im sorry but its not, she confirms with the girl behind her, and guess what. its actually not my order.. now i didnt make it but apperantly its my fault, so she grunts, throws it in the trash with all her might, rolls her eyes at me hard, and 3 min later i get my drink, still wrong, but i got my drink, how does an owner let this happen
1/16: new year, same rude staff
1/17: sorry everyone, but no, i will not pull over there and wait while you figure out how to make my iced black coffee so you can keep the line moving #nocreamnosugarnothard

6/13: gave reviews a break, but i still want you to know.. this is still the worst DD on earth.
12/31: been a while, but still consistent in being the most rude group of angry coffee slingers in Frederick. Can DD corp please step in.
1/9/23: new year same terrible attitude. If you want three young ladies who are angry there slinging coffee to give you attitude, mess up your coffee and tell you it’s not their fault, all while alienating you while you sit in your car, well.. your in luck!!! , this is still the place to go !!!

9/23/24: I think something’s wrong today, got my order, there were no issues, but apparently saying thanks before noon makes them snarl at you

11/7/24: ordered an old fashioned and black coffee, they said they have discontinued that donut, I just got one yesterday, “we don’t have it, we won’t have it, it’s discontinued” .. I mean wow, the old fashioned donut is the OG donut, it’s the base of all other donuts, I guess I’m the only one who got them “occasionally”, (if my wife reads this lol, but I think no one does) anyways RIP old fashioned. I’ll miss you

Read moreThis DD is constantly messing up orders and has rude staff. Today for me was the last straw. I ordered, via the app, 2 frozen coffees and a large summer munchkin bucket. Once I got to the DD store, at the drive thru speaker, I was informed they didn't have frozen coffees so I asked for a refund. I was informed they couldn't process an app refund and I'd have to call corporate. While in the drive thru line, I phoned corporate requesting a refund. When I get to the window, the attitude was unbelievable. I'm waiting and waiting and finally the window worker asks if I was waiting for an order of a different name. I say no and gave her my name, again. She rudely says "So you want a refund?" I told her I was already on the phone requesting a refund and just need the Munchkins in the speciality summer bucket. She walks away from the window and comes back, attitude and all, that they are now out of Munkins and offered me a half a dozen of donuts. I told her no and I'll just ask for a full refund, which she said had to be through corporate. I relayed the same to the corporate representative and now because the DD couldn't fill the entire order, I hit some sort of threshold and corporate couldn't refund and would need to go back to the franchise owner. I asked how could that be since the store couldn't process refunds. She said that was correct but it wasn't up to her but the franchise owner and I'll get a call in a couple of business days. I don't expect a call but I will be disputing...

The girl taking my order, jennifer, was extremely rude rushing my order constantly asking with a very sarcastic tone “anything else” even cutting me off mid sentence and wasnt getting the correct order. Especially when I was asking for the toasted white chocolate latte and she repeated back to me “coffee with white chocolate flavor” I said “no I want the signature toasted latte iced” and this girl reply to me was “THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU SAID BEFORE” not only did I never say the word coffee but I didn’t even finish my sentence. I also had to repeat my breakfast sandwich twice because she kept cutting me off. Absolutely offensive and unacceptable for any business. When you’re having a bad day you should pray about it instead, if you still want to earn your money, don’t make it a practice to try to ruin somebody else’s. I will be reporting this to management and corporate as my lattes were not good either there was no toasted white chocolate and I went to the other dunkin off Monocacy to order a new one with no issues whatsoever. They even asked me to do a taste test and made sure it was to my liking I didn’t ask for anything extra or different from the first store.
