Good evening everyone I went to this restaurant at about 220 pm and I paid for the buffet Which consisted of some type of chicken marsala with no chicken fish stew with no fish white jasmine rice with no rice and the people who work there was eating all the food leaving the customer not even though they saw me standing there. I guess they were hungry, which is OK, but
problem is when I This was a buffet with six or more entrées with nothing but the stew gravy left
. Spoon was laying in the middle Of the pan with the handle everyone probably touches, but the real concern and problem was none None of the entrées had meat. And barely any vegetables that had been all taken out I guess by the previous customers, and they weren’t even trying to refill it
None of the sauces had meat except I managed to find a piece Tilapia fish one to 1 inch In the pot, which I didn’t know was tilapia until I asked cause I really don’t eat tilapia. I thought it was whitefish
I just felt after paying $14 and some change I could at least get a piece of chicken The answer races, the arm 20 pieces of chicken fillet all through the meal versus none at all
so I told the guy said you don’t have any Meet in any of your entrées or ricerice and you don’t have just all sauces and he said it was some in there so I Brought him over to take a look, but he already realize because he was one of the workers eating it
when I tried to fish out some meat, but there weren’t any it wasn’t any so I asked him I said well if you guys weren’t going to replenish or put more food in why didn’t you just tell me that you didn’t have any food left so I wouldn’t give you the $15 they had no problem with taking the money but it wasn’t any food so I wanted to just eating the yellow rice and some gravy about a cup for $15 I didn’t appreciate the fact that he didn’t tell me they didn’t have any food and maybe they’re doing bad a lot of people are doing bad but don’t just take my money knowing that you don’t have anything even in the back left to feed anyone so he told me yeah earlier it was food out here, but you took my money and you didn’t tell me that that you didn’t have any food in the bag most times they have food to replenish. Then when I wanted some dessert was a spoonful of dessert when I went to get it, he kept giving me a little bowl of dessert in each and everyone was dirty. He apologize. I gave them two stars because they were very manageable and taking my money and very manageable, giving me dirty dishes. They didn’t even have water in the place to drink. I’m so sorry I came here and wasted my money if you like clean restaurants, and you like to eat a full course meal, don’t come you’ll be sadly mistaken excuse the way it was written because I’m using voice text. I’m so hurt and I’m not even trying to read this Over. Anyway, got your own...
Read moreI am originally from Hyderabad. And being a hyderabadi, we take our biryani very seriously and when I say that, I mean how all the flavors have to come together to make it one hell of a dum biryani! Being native to Frederick for 10 years, I have always missed a place which made authentic hyderabadi biryani that is unique versus some bland rice mixed in a curry and topped with some nuts and raisins (I hate this model, to each their own). We used to drive to Northern VA to get our biryani and finally I am glad that this place opened up. I genuinely loved the biryani. I will give it a 9 on 10. We ordered a family pack biryani and chicken 65. The family pack came with nice serving of raitha, shorwa and kesari. Very impressed with the packing. Thumb rule for doing good business in Frederick is satisfy the taste buds of the community by making great food, which you guys are. Now hopefully you will keep it consistent. Again great biryani, and we will keep ordering it. Good luck to you!

Very disappointing order. I ordered a chicken biryani and chicken 65. The biryani was stale. I can tell for sure that the biryani is at least three days old. The bottom part of the biryani was freezer cold. They just took the biryani, reheated it and sent it over. They forgot to send raita. The same story with chicken 65 as well. Literally reheated the chicken 65. I threw both the dishes into the trash. The shorwa was cold. What a waste of money. I ordered multiple times from here and this would be my last time ordering anything from here. The standard excuse in the past was that chef changed. But regardless of the chef, you do not reheat the food and send it to the patrons. Have some concern for the health and well being of the community. I am sure, you will not serve the same stale food to your own family. I really hope the health officials take note of this establishment and make frequent checks on the...
Read moreI would rate this zero if it was possible. First, the veg navratan curry had aloo that tasted the worst, something was wrong with how or when it was cooked. And the rest of it was just edible. The naan we ordered were clearly store bought, and the taste was awful. I was furious on understanding this, this is a cheap trick. Then, since we were still hungry we ordered a veg dum biryani. It was the worst I ever had. It had rice bundles as if it was placed in the container a few hours ago and the smell emanating was not good implying it was not fresh, the masala and vegetables were of the lowest taste and quality and the taste it left in the mouth was bad.
Overall, the food ruined our evening meal and I’m never coming back here.
In between I went up to the front desk and asked for regular water since I did not see a water fountain with glasses for self service like some places do when then don’t serve water at the table. I was handed two bottles and thought that’s how they served. After the meal, I was charged for this.
Since the place is small, which is not an issue at all, we couldn’t stop from smelling the pungent cleaning solution that was used to clean tables. It was oddly surprising that they did not realize people eating would find that uncomfortable.
It is a real shame on this establishment that has taken customers for granted and is resorting to these sub standard practices in cooking and serving. To do any better they need to get a real chef and stop the cheap tricks/hacks, otherwise the establishment deserves to close and save people from having truly bad experiences.
Also, please serve water at the table, if you are personally serving food at the table. It is...
