Whoever is in charge there, needs to QUICKLY take the wheel back from the rude employees, that speak to customers with no care if they decide to return, and steer things back on track. As a front of house manager at premium casual restaurant and now maîtresse d'hôtel of a fine dining establishment, I know a thing or 2 about customer service....b ut the place I learned the most about good customer service was working my very first job at a successful fast food establishment when I was a teenager. I am 39 now, and times have certainly changed since then. HOWEVER, core ideals for how customers should be treated, assuming repeat patronage is a priority goal, never change. Any restaurant success significantly depends on repeat customers, who typically contribute the majority of revenue and are more profitable than new customers. Studies show that repeat customers spend more per visit and are more likely to try new items or respond to marketing efforts. Therefore, focusing on customer retention is crucial for long-term profitability and overall restaurant success. All that being said, considering other recent reviews commenting on poor customer service, and given my, not one but three, recent negative experiences in the past month, it the quality of product and quality of service ŕŕjust keep getting progressively worse, with today being the proverbial nail in the coffin l first suggestion would be to terminate the 3 young men I encountered today while choosing to get my lunch from there. I was first greeted by a monotoned young In the drive through to whom I clearly stated "I dont care how extra you have to charge me but please make sure, I want extra extra everything possible for the baked potato, except no chili. And please add extra cheddar along with the swiss, to a well stacked triple dare." I again reiterated, I was fine paying for it, because the past 2 times ordering this were subpar and not at all like the usual quality Id expect from LC's. To my shock, my sandwich today consisted of 1 wrinkled piece of ham in one corner of my bread, which barely had any of the extra cheddar I paid for,and a wrinkled piece of turkey in the other, both slightly overlapping pale, gray, obviously overcooked roast beef. I could not get inside to speak with anyone because of a knee injury so I went back thru the drive thru and asked if I could approach the window as my sandwich didn't look right. No response..so I just pulled up and waited behind 3 cars. When I got to the window finally, just before it opening, I heard an annoyed voice saying "oh here she is". The drive thru attendant informed me the sandwich just wasnt "spread out correctly", but begrudgingly said they would remake it and to pull up.I noticed no cars behind me, I was starving, and everything was losing heat. I didnt even get a chance to say concerns about the roast beef before, I was told to pull up. I had already waited so long, I asked if they could just ammend the sandwich I already had. I was told they couldn't take the sandwich back. So up I pulled. Finally another young man comes out, announcing here is your ham and cheese. I then realized the sarcastic point they were trying to make to me. I pulled up, not fully able to explain my concerns about the sandwich, with the promise of being delivered a hot, fresh remake....not 1/2 a piece of ham and a squirt of cheese. I suppose to hammer their annoyance home, they put a FORK in the bag to spread the cheese on the sandwich. Told the deliverer that I was told, id be getting a remade sandwich. At this point it had been more than 25 minutes since I got this sandwich. He said, again, "well what's wrong with that one?" Omg! I told him the whole shebang again...his response,"well you are welcome to talk to the CEO about what goes on the sandwich". !!! REALLY?!...my turn is to be sarcastic...I looked past him at the door and "The CEO is here?! Right now? Send him out!". He said" no he's at the office." To top the whole matter, my "loaded,ill pay any extra amount to make sure its extra loaded" potato ....was anything but.

I've been a fan of lion's choice for decades, but this experience was the last straw for this location. We ordered delivery and even though we're 5 minutes away, our "extra crispy" fries were soggy, the sandwiches were cold, the sauce (including the au jus, which sort of is needed to make my sandwich good) was all missing, the grilled cheese had crumbs of beef on it, and our concretes were also not given to the Dasher. The Dasher was nice enough to go back to get the concrete, but when they were delivered the servings were extra small, as though they made one and just tried to split it in half instead of making it right (picture included). The Mac n cheese was fine though.

We were from out of town and gave this a try. This is the raw sandwich that I received. I didn't check the sandwiches until I got to my inlaws and this is what they looked like. My husband drove back up to the restaurant and stated that the sandwiches were RAW (not rare) and they told him, "that is the way they come" and they did nothing to make it right! Sorry, but no thanks!

I came in on may 29th,2022 at 8:37pm ordered regular roast beef well done with swiss cheese &extra seasoning&another regular roast beef well done with swiss cheese &extra seasoning and regular fries &that order was rung up wrong &it was rung up regular roast beef extra seasoning &another regular roast beef with swiss cheese well done extra seasoning so one of those sandwhiches was rung up wrong &that night the meat was tough oj both sandwiches &the regular fries was under filled &when i called today on June 1st 2022 &talk to sarah the assistant manager &told her that the order was rung up wrong &the meat was tough she was very apologetic &she was sincere about it& I also told her that when i gave logen my number that night on may 29th 2022 at 8:37pm to get the points he either put my phone number in wrong or didnt enter my number in cause I didnt get the points for it &it didn't show on my receipt &she apologies for everything &told me she would replace my order &give me a full refund too so when I came in today to get the replacement she replace the order &instead of her refunding it too she just replace the order twice instead &sarah made things right&she was very professional, hospitable, courteous, nice,kind,caring,hardworking, helpful,had a positive attitude &didn't have a tone &didn't have a attitude &the food wasn't tough this time &the fries weren't under filled this time &the service &the food was perfect &outstanding this time&I couldn't have ask for better service &I couldn't have ask for better food this time &Sarah went way above &beyond to make things right &she gave me a million star service &she needs a raise &she needs to be promoted to general manager &she needs her own store &she deserves to run her own store&she deserves to have her own staff&her own employees &excellent work &keep up the excellent work &way to go Sarah&high five Sarah!!THIS IS MY FAVORITE LIONS...

The service at the Ballwin location at almost 11 pm this evening was both FAST and FRIENDLY! At 10, we suddenly had a hankerin' for some Vittles, so ... desperate situations called for desperate measures: a quick Google search for Lion's Choice BALLWIN hours assured my exhausted, hungry heart that my palate would suffer no more!

We were in luck: not only were they open with new later hours in the drive thru, BUT ALSO, CALEB and JAMIE were working! I have gone to Lion's Choice locations far and wide, and I have ordered the heck outta those deliciously crispy, G/F chicken tenders, but NEVER have I EVER had them served PIPING HOT, perfectly dished up alongside cold, fresh veggies with a warm, chocolate-dripping, melt-in your mouth chocolate chip cookie, and burn your throat from the bubbles Coke Zero...at TEN FOURTY-FIVE PM, just moments before they closed the doors and the drive thru for the evening! This dynamic duo offered a refill (in a new cup) thru the drive thru when I circled back around and asked for one, AND both times shared a laugh, pristine, kind service, AND a hearty chuckle and mention of how adorable our pups were! Talk about service with a smile; we could see why Jamie JUST TODAY was promoted to Assistant Manager...well, drive thru workers extraordinaire Jamie and Caleb, we salute you! Thanks for sharing a smile and a cheerful attitude along with piping hot yummies we were desperately craving @...
