Vibes are definitely there, food was nasty and the owner id VERY rude. The food is expensive and not worth it in my opinion. 6 medium size shrimp on a bed of withered lettuce for $26 dollars is ridiculous. I sent back my first order and the owner came to where i was sitting very unprofessional asking me why i sent my food back! Some people make it so hard to support their business! I won’t be back. Please read before you go.

Wow. What a meal. The food was unbelievable. So much flavor. My husband got eggs Benedict and said they were perfect. He wouldn't change a thing. I had the chicken sandwich. It is unforgettable. The entrance is the glass doors. Enjoy. Must go if in Baltimore area.

I came! I saw!! I conquered!!!

I found this place last Thursday while leaving another establishment. I ran to Google so quickly to see what this was about, that I almost twisted my ankle !! Lol

After viewing the website, menu, IG and Yelp page, I was shocked that I hadn't heard about this place sooner !!

I immediately invited hubby on a brunch date!! Once you view the hash browns, you'll understand why !! Ha

So let's get to the meat and potatoes of this review... literally!!

Street parking! This place has street parking just like everywhere else in Hampden. DO NOT park in the garage across the street as it's not affiliated, and you'll be towed.

Hubby and I had a small moment trying to locate the door as there isn't huge signage. Once you walk through the gate from side street, you've arrived. We were the 1st customers of the day.

We entered a welcoming dining area where we were able to chose our seats and were assisted immediately.

Collectively we ordered the following. Twelve Herb Chicken Sandwich: Very flavorful and well plated. Great portion size.

Waffle, Chicken Sausage, and Scrambled Egg Whites w American Cheese: Hubby enjoyed this meal so much. It was soooo plentiful. The chicken sausage was amazing!

Brick Berry Bliss: Delish Mocktail. This was 1 of several. Very refreshing !!

Banana Pudding: Hubby devoured as much as he could there, and inhaled the leftovers as soon as we arrived home.

This was an amazing experience. Customer service was quick, consistent and polite.

Hubby and I toured the outside. They have individual climate-controlled seating pods that have specific colors themes for each. They also have 3 different sized pods. I'm guessing they hold 8-16 folks each. They're insanely cool. I've been showing my friends and family the pics since leaving.

If you have not visited this neighborhood gem, make it...

We were looking for a place to take our old dog for his final outing without causing stress by having younger & faster dogs zooming around him on a patio. We remembered we'd seen the Brick Bistro sign pop up in our neighborhood so I emailed to find out if they'd allow our dog in one of their private dining rooms and the restaurant was quick to respond & let us know he was welcome. When we arrived, they greeted us in the courtyard and made sure we got set up in our room and went above & beyond to accommodate us & the pup, the chef even came out to meet him & made sure that he got a special dog-friendly meal. The food was great, lots of options, and they have menus & table service or you can order by QR code/Toast so everyone can order & pay separately which was great for our group of 6. It was also priced really well. You can adjust the temperature & music / TV choice in your room so I can definitely see them being ideal for getting together to make a night of an award show or some sort of reality tv finale, etc. They made the night special for us and you can tell they really care about the guest experience. We're so appreciative & we...

I heard that the smash burgers were great. That is an understatement. They simply exploded with flavor. I don't know if it was a special blend of spices or the way the meat was cooked but ... damn it was good. My wife devoured the sweet potato fries before I could get any but she tells me they were very good. I also ordered the buffalo wings which had something special about them. Parmesan or a special sauce, perhaps? My wife, who won't eat wings, ate two of them. That's all I would let her have.

A special treat was meeting the owner. He (and all the staff) was especially friendly and attentive to our needs. After talking to him briefly, he served us a beautifully presented plate of olives, hummus, cucumbers, peppers, and pita bread. The hummus was actually light, almost fluffy. It was far better than the thick pasty hummus from a grocery store. Obviously, I was absolutely delighted with our evening. I highly recommend the Brick Bistro. We arrived late evening so it was quiet which is the way I like it but there were plenty of customers eating in secluded glassed-in rooms. An...
