I gave them 2 stars for social distancing measures. I ordered yat gaw mein. Anyone that's eaten this America created Chinese dish knows that it is NOT made with lo mein noodles. Additionally, I've never in my 50+ years had it with tiny micro shrimp. Complete disappointment, and I won't be back. Edited to add: I called and the lady who took the order tried to argue that each restaurant makes it differently. No ma'am, they do NOT. Baltimore yat gaw mein has thick wheat noodles and at least medium size shrimp with broth that is not sweet.

A pretty standard chinese takeout joint, but one of the best in the area. My girlfriend and I got a huge order on whim for dinner. They serve pretty large portions for the prices and the food was pretty tasty. It took a while for food to come out. We got the fried rice, orange chicken, egg drop soup, and some form of momos. We had a lot of leftovers, particularly of soup. We struck up a conversation with another who was waiting to order and took their recommendations for some of these items. I'd also highly recommend!

The food SLAPPED tonight! Like they brought takeout Chinese to a whole new level. I got General Tso's chicken that was perfectly crisp, tender, juicy, and well-spiced - you could tell they put a love into making the sauce. And the Mooshu Vegetable tasted smoky and super delicious. Edit: Omg coming back to say ALL THIS STILL HOLDS TRUE. So good omg. Definitely give them a shot. Def my go to Chinese food spot.

They didn't bring what I requested not to be included with my order they put veggies that I requested I couldn't eat or have my seafood soup has 3 salad shrimp and 4 pieces imitation crab meat. I asked if my other soup, veggies with bean curd for the veggies to be diced small due to my digestive issues. I got big pieces of curd the size of chicken nuggets. Both soups full of snow peas, mushrooms size of my finger, big onion slices when I only asked for carrots and diced cabbage. No cabbage in either, when I called no apology but placed on hold and then says no onions when I think at the age of 60yrs and a US Army disabled veteran that I what onions are. I'm from DC, and don't know what the hell Baltimore MD calls ethnic food, but they apparently think we don't know what we want from their culture. Thanks no 1 Chinese for billing me and now I still can't eat what I asked you not to put in my food. This incident happened today 6/24/25 about 3:45-4pm. What hurts most is that after living here 24yrs , I'm not a baltimorean, my late husband was. In the past 12yrs I have shown as best respect and appreciation to people on the street, persons working in service etc. but Baltimore has assaulted, robbed and demolished me in a way that I never experienced in us army or ever on the streets of Washington DC growing up in the inner city. I say that because this runs much deeper than miss ordered food. This attacks human empathy, and emotions for money and derelict from business and people that seem to have no human emotions when you only want nothing from us but whatever, when. I only wanted to eat something after being on on liquid for 7 days it's not at all money it learning respect and principles no 1 Chinese restaurant Roland avenue Baltimore City MD before today my last order was 6 months ago. No problem. And the Internet reviews your establishment pissed because I m hungry can't eat for my order being f-uped and now forgive but your restaurant didn't apologize, or offer correction after charging me wi th including driver delivery ti p and we all wonder how we can survive without taking...

I wouldn't recommend this place for blk ppl which is apparent that they think we eat anything such as bland leftovers the rice was really horrible like maybe it's been used over and over again very little dried up bean sprout and onion with no taste even the soy sauce only gave it a salty taste the egg rolls dried up and tasteless the soda was flat my order wasy $20 and some change which I tipped the unkept driver $2 and the change y'all know how you treat certain ppl with disrespect but take the money for bad food I was jipped of money but what do y'all care would you give your families and friends the kind of bad food you gave me I don't think so your business is bad I didn't even get gravy what i asked for i would never order from you again your partial but you know well what you're doing food I payed for isn't good enough for a dog you owe me my money back it's pure evil what you do when ppl spend there money at your establishment they should be treated fairly with respect but you think this is how it should be to a...

We originally ordered two appetizers (egg rolls, 2, and fried dumplings), as well as two dishes (Moo Shu Pork, and Veggie Lo Mein...both extra spicy). They were lacking ALL flavor but full of sugar. These dishes were unrecoverable despite adding soy sauce, sesame seed oil, hot oil etc. to the dishes. We took one bite of our dishes and agreed we'd call the next day and politely explain our grievance. They asked us to bring in the dishes back in exchange for no sugar added, and requested to please make it spicy (hoisin on side only, not it the dish, as to account for original possible sweetness). They asked us to keep our Moo Shu pancakes from the day before. They wouldn't even provide 4 fresh pancakes?! Their second chance was as disappointing as the first. AND I TIPPED A TOTAL $10... $5 EACH VISIT. I hate leaving bad reviews bc it can hurt a business but I think you should know the food is...
