They didn't bring what I requested not to be included with my order they put veggies that I requested I couldn't eat or have my seafood soup has 3 salad shrimp and 4 pieces imitation crab meat. I asked if my other soup, veggies with bean curd for the veggies to be diced small due to my digestive issues. I got big pieces of curd the size of chicken nuggets. Both soups full of snow peas, mushrooms size of my finger, big onion slices when I only asked for carrots and diced cabbage. No cabbage in either, when I called no apology but placed on hold and then says no onions when I think at the age of 60yrs and a US Army disabled veteran that I what onions are. I'm from DC, and don't know what the hell Baltimore MD calls ethnic food, but they apparently think we don't know what we want from their culture. Thanks no 1 Chinese for billing me and now I still can't eat what I asked you not to put in my food. This incident happened today 6/24/25 about 3:45-4pm. What hurts most is that after living here 24yrs , I'm not a baltimorean, my late husband was. In the past 12yrs I have shown as best respect and appreciation to people on the street, persons working in service etc. but Baltimore has assaulted, robbed and demolished me in a way that I never experienced in us army or ever on the streets of Washington DC growing up in the inner city. I say that because this runs much deeper than miss ordered food. This attacks human empathy, and emotions for money and derelict from business and people that seem to have no human emotions when you only want nothing from us but whatever, when. I only wanted to eat something after being on on liquid for 7 days it's not at all money it learning respect and principles no 1 Chinese restaurant Roland avenue Baltimore City MD before today my last order was 6 months ago. No problem. And the Internet reviews your establishment pissed because I m hungry can't eat for my order being f-uped and now forgive but your restaurant didn't apologize, or offer correction after charging me wi th including driver delivery ti p and we all wonder how we can survive without taking...

Read moreWe originally ordered two appetizers (egg rolls, 2, and fried dumplings), as well as two dishes (Moo Shu Pork, and Veggie Lo Mein...both extra spicy). They were lacking ALL flavor but full of sugar. These dishes were unrecoverable despite adding soy sauce, sesame seed oil, hot oil etc. to the dishes. We took one bite of our dishes and agreed we'd call the next day and politely explain our grievance. They asked us to bring in the dishes back in exchange for no sugar added, and requested to please make it spicy (hoisin on side only, not it the dish, as to account for original possible sweetness). They asked us to keep our Moo Shu pancakes from the day before. They wouldn't even provide 4 fresh pancakes?! Their second chance was as disappointing as the first. AND I TIPPED A TOTAL $10... $5 EACH VISIT. I hate leaving bad reviews bc it can hurt a business but I think you should know the food is...
