Hello! As a veganOphile, I’ve been incredibly excited to try out cinnaholic not just for myself, but so that I could start ordering it for my staff as well (we are always ordering breakfasts and treats, and I’m always looking to support vegan establishments)! Not to mention, this was a contender for ordering for my mother’s birthday coming up! I chose to order the salty s’more because it seemed like the perfect blending of ingredients. To my dismay, after taking one bite, it was very apparent that the pretzel & graham cracker topping was completely stale. At first I hesitated to even bother saying anything, but I had waited 15 minutes for this item today, and I was still in the vicinity. When I went in with 90% uneaten bun, I mentioned, “I hate to come in like this, but the pretzels on my salty s’more were stale.” To which the cashier responded, “well, the pretzels sit out in a tin so…” My response, “so the pretzels you use are supposed to be stale?” His response, “yeah, sorry.” I said ok, and left. This was an awful experience! No apologies or compensation for stale food, but rather, explaining why it is stale, as if I should be ok with that. On the bright side, the aesthetic and warmth of the product checked the boxes! But stale food and poor customer service…I have no intention of visiting this establishment again.

Delicious gourmet and specialty cinnamon buns that just happen to be Vegan. There are a variety of toppings from fresh fruit to chocolate chips to crushed oreos. Sauces range from caramel based, to cream cheese and maple frosting. You can also get cookie dough and other baked goods. My favorites include the caramel apple one, the monkey business that has bitter chocolate and banana, and the maple crunch because their maple frosting is out of this world. You can make your cinnamon bun any which way you choose and they make it nice and hot for you. Is also good the following day.

One of my favorite places in town! I've been here ample of times and each time I enjoy my cinnabun. So many choices to choose from and they update them per holiday or season change! They are 80% of the time nice and warm and fresh out the oven. Make sure to sign up for points they really add up if you go there as often as I do ahahha. Only down fall I can find is depending on the server your topings may be alittle skimped and for 50cents I would like my crumbles to at least cover 90% of my cinnabun. Maybe that's my inner foodie talking hahaha.

Post-ordering, I called and ended up speaking with a man who knew no English; thankfully, I knew his language and conversed in it. I asked him not to add marshmallows due to an allergy before delivery for a $50 graduation box I ordered; he agreed and still never told me about the fact that there was no graduation box available at the time after I multiple times stated it was a graduation box. Fast forward: I received the rolls without anything graduation-related. Which was unfortunate as this was for a graduation. I called the store. The same guy answered who knew no English whatsoever, which is okay, and I understand, so it was hard to communicate with him, and if he knows no English, I don't think it's best for him to be doing customer service. He transferred me to someone else, the so-called "manager." She knew English, but she sounded like someone he knew. She kept siding with him, saying he was great when I never said he wasn't. She was trying to sound helpful but wasn't compensating me fully for the situation. She said I should go out of my way at the graduation I am attending to return it for full compensation. I said no, as obviously I couldn't go there, so I ordered it for delivery. She said she would call me back after talking to her manager, but she never did. Not to mention, none of these employees greeted me or mentioned their name, the store name, or the position in which they...

Let me just say: 100% VEGAN CINNABONS!!!! Also 100% vegan everything!! Oh my gosh, when I saw the sign for Cinnaholic I actually didn't know what to think it was. We were on our way to MOM's in the Rotunda and decided to make a stop. Ohhh boy am I happy we made that stop!! We have been back to Cinnaholic maybe five times within the last month and a half - since we found this place. I do not, not, not regret the money I've spent buying cinnabons from this establishment! Customer service is pretty good, the environment is swanky and the cinnabons.... Let's just say these cinnabons are the closest things that have come to tasting like Cinnabon's cinnabons since I became vegan. There are so many different flavour frostings and toppings you can get on your buns. All I can say is that I'm drooling as I write this, and that's a testament to the scrumdiddlyumptiousness of their cinnabons. We HIGHLY recommend Cinnaholic!! Let your mouth taste the...
