Update again: This spot has really gone down in quality. The previous couple of times my order was messed up, and this past time everything I ordered was gross. I gave my cold brew au lait to a friend who genuinely thought it was a beverage meant to imitate apple juice and was shocked when I said it was coffee. The good news is I will now be saving money by never going there again!
Updated review. I still love the bowls and juices here. In addition to my bowl, I got the summer revive refresher today and LOVE it. That said, the lack of friendliness of the service here is laughable. I have been going here about 1-2 times per month for over a year and can't remember a friendly face even once. I don't expect everyone to be friendly and smiley all of the time because it's okay to have a bad day. But this spot is just terrible. And the main reason for me mentioning this today is because the person at the counter today just stared at me when I told her I was picking up an an order from their app. Then she slowly just looked expectantly at the person preparing the food. They seemed confused, then someone mentioned my order could be in the fridge. But they said it had no name because no names shows via the app. Anyways, my food was right there in the fridge, and my name was on the receipt in TWO places. The amount of time wasted on this via multiple people when it was right there with my name was honestly an embarrassment for your this establishment. Now the person at the counter can be grumpy, but she didn't even seem to care or want to learn how to know where someone's order is. It wasn't busy at that moment, but I could imagine folks getting annoyed when there's a line. I'm not annoyed. I was in no rush to go back outside into the brutal heat. But I can't stop chuckling over how bad it was.

I always love coming here but one of the staff a dark skin brother was very disrespectful and arrogant when try to make him understand that I had come in with an exact change of 15.85 because my total was 14.79 which I suppose to receive a 1.6$ back. Read moreI been frequenting this place for about 5 years. ALL of the locations have gone down in customer experience. We have to bag our own items, but there’s a tip jar?! How does that even make sense?! The times that I return the bottles I get dirty looks, and the workers rolling their eyes and sucking their teeth because I have so many. I maintain my pleasant demeanor but sometimes don’t get that in return. I can’t say it’s the entire staff but the one that I’ve encountered that have bad attitudes make it hard to continue patronize this business. The experience is what made me drive from Howard county to one of the locations. But now that the morale has gone down so much, I don’t go out of my way to drive up 25-35 min or more, I just look for other places to find my juices instead.
