I often grab a croissant when stopping in to Wine Source and was delighted to see they have a brick and mortar store at the Rotunda. The menu and the bakery items look amazing, I'll have to stop in for lunch. The cold cut sandwich looks like a stand-out.

One critique is that they should remove items from the pastry display case that are not available for sale. They had a cannele that looked amazing but it was apparently from the day before. So I had to ask if they had each of the items that I wanted to buy and wait while they assessed the rack. I picked out four things but in the end only received three. Not worth going through what's in the bag and on the receipt/what's missing. I think it was a cinnamon pop tart, which they had, but the servers didn't pick up that I wanted one during our inventory process.

There was one person behind me at around 2pm and there were a few people outside enjoying their food and beverages. Not too busy, but I suspect you need to arrive earlier to get the...

I love the fells location. I spent many mornings standing in line, stocking up on tons of goodies. The staff was so friendly and lively. Hampden however, quiet and awkward. Cashier was a bit spacey. I ordered 2 pastries, she took my name, then just stood around. I thought maybe someone welder was in charge of getting order but after a while of standing around from the 2 employees, talking about the water cooler, she grabbed my order. Just odd. Need to liven things up and maybe review customer service especially since there are so many AMAZING breakfast spots with excellent people, common ground, artifact, catalog, Maillard...

Such a bummer! This awesome cafe expanded to Hampden and irresponsibly chose a location that prohibits espresso coffees due to Starbuck’s Rotunda lease restrictions (realize they’re the bad guys here but can’t believe they knew about this and still signed a lease in the rotunda?!?!). They make such good coffee at Fells so this was a HUGE disappointment to learn when we walked in. Unfortunately means we’ll go here much less in the mornings and patron one of the many other excellent cafes in the neighborhood that does good pastries and...

I popped in to grab a quick Bite for Lunch . The staff seem to be nice , attentive . I ordered a B.A.L.T , minus Avo ; Toasted . The sandwich was good , a bit thin , there wasn’t enough Bacon for the cost . I’d buy it again but add extra bacon . For my sweet treat I chose Toffee white chocolate Pistachio Cookie thats soooo good , I almost bought another one to eat on my drive home .

I got the BALT and blueberry scone and they were so delicious. The bread on the BALT was so good and everything tasted fresh. The scone was a tad sweet for my taste but still so good. I'm also happy with the Harney and Sons hot tea they served, that went so well with my lunch. The staff were also so kind. I'll definitely be coming back and trying more menu items.
