I was visiting from out of town ordered lunch from this location. I got some pasta, breadsticks and a few bottles of soda. The delivery person brought my food with no utensils. I called the location and asked to speak to a manager and explained that I wasn’t given utensils with my meal. He then stated that due to COVID-19 they can’t put utensils in the box. This didn’t really make sense to me since they put my pizza in the same box, but I didn’t want to give him a hard time, I just wanted to eat my lunch, so I informed him that I also ordered sodas that came in a bag but no utensils were in my bag either. The manager then asked me what utensils I needed and I said a fork for my pasta and knife for my breadsticks. I was then informed they didn’t have knives. I said that just a fork would be fine and the manager said he’d send a driver right over with it. Needless to say, no one ever came. The only reason I bothered calling the restaurant to speak to a manager was b/c I asked my hotel for utensils prior to calling and they didn’t have any. The manager lied to me and send they would bring my fork back and they didn’t so I ended up eating my pasta with my hands for lunch. Smh! Let me also add that upon going to google to leave this review, I see that my hotel is only a five minute drive away (Delta Inner Harbor). Save your money and take your business to a one that actually cares about customer service and pleasing...
Read moreIt's Dominoes, the pizza is cheap, nothing to wow about. I used to order from here just because it its cheap quick food. Not after my last experience from them though. I ordered 2 pizzas, one of them NY style to be delivered. I do not like and will not eat Dominoes regular crust. Yuck! When the pizzas arrived, I paid, tipped, brought the pizzas in to find they were both regular crust. I immediately called the store and let them know my order was wrong. The response I got, "I made your pizza, I know it's right". This was the store manager on the phone mind you, and I did not call rudely or yelling or anything. I simply called to let them know they made a mistake and needed the correct pizza. The manager proceeded to tell me if I want a new pizza I would have to come pick it up because they weren't delivering again. THAT'S when ugly came out of me and the manager said someone would deliver a new pizza but I had to give them the old one because I was lying and the pizza was fine. So, about an hour after ordering, I finally got my pizza, emailed corporate about my horrible experience, and no one cared enough to call me and try to make it right. From that day I have not ordered anything from ANY Dominoes location nor will I ever. Dominoes has entirely lost my business. There are better cheap pizza places out there to...
Read moreCalled this location at 10:00 pm on a Thursday four times, only to be put on hold for two out of the three times and hung up on once. On my fifth time calling I was finally greeted with a "What do you want?" by an ill-mannered young woman. Now this is where it gets a little confusing. After advising the cashier that I wanted to order the perfect combo as advertised on the flyer for $19.99, and after giving her my address(I live 2 miles away)I am informed that my bill is $31.53. Confused by the large total, I remind her of the coupon and ask her if she needed the code on it in order to adjust the price. "No, I already have it" she replies, and then goes on to tell me that delivery is no longer an option. "You're no longer delivering?" I ask. "Yeah, we still delivering, but delivery is out. It's gonna be AT LEAST an hour before he get to you". Slightly irritated by this point, I tell her that I would just come in to pick up our order, instead. "Oh, you coming to pick up your order? It's gonna be $20.50 then". Now I'm not sure whether or not this business is typically in the habit of adjusting their prices based on personal whims, but needless to say, my family won't be ordering from this particular...
