Dunkin' — Restaurant in Baltimore

VERY UNORGANIZED, & UNPROFESSIONAL! Workers so busy talking and laughing amongst themselves they got my order wrong TWICE ! first the cashier didn’t ring me up for everything I ordered. She only rung up my two coffees seen & not the food I ordered. She seen me waiting along with the rest of her coworkers and no one ever stoped to say hey mam are you Okaee what are you waiting for . Then she didn’t even give me the right coffee . I asked for a brown sugar latte she gone give me a crazy caramel one . After waiting and saying something bout not having my food they made it after I had to go back to the cashier and order it again cause like I said she didn’t ring it up . Then they only gave us one of two hash browns. Latte she gave me that was wrong was nasty anyways . Barely had any flavor . She busy talking laughing that’s why they can’t get customers order correct the first time . And they need to start repeating people orders back to them before the person swipes their card so they can make they got everything the customer wants . Will never go back here or recommend to anyone . If you want good customer service & the right order go somewhere else . Place to expensive to be getting someone...

What can I say? It's a Dunkin Donuts that works like a well-oiled machine. You get your drink and/or food within 5 minutes, customer service is decent, dining area is clean most of the time. The employees are usually pretty busy, so they aren't going to have time to keep the tables looking fantastic during rushes. I've never had an experience where an employee was rude or my order was incorrect. The lines are sometimes long on Friday, but I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes. In fact, I don't think I have ever spent more than 10 minutes in this establishment. Not really the type of place you want to hang out in all day, especially since the layout is kind of awkward. Long, narrow seating area and not much space for separate order and pick up lines. All in all, it's a Dunkin Donuts-it functions the way it is...

I stopped here early morning to get a couple of coffees while running errands...The people who worked in the establishment were pleasant and professional, however the work flow could use some tweaking. The workers were all over the place trying to move as quickly as possible to get people in and out, but in doing so completely threw out who was doing what and caused a line to build both inside and outside in the rain. Also, it is a small space and there is no limit to how many people can be inside at once.... So customers had to decide for themselves when to enter, which caused some minor issues at the door because some people didn't care about being squished together during covid which made some of the people already inside uncomfortable.
