Pulled up to grab a large caramel frappe and two strawberry cream pies. Ordering went smoothly, and second window employee was respectful and nice and order was correct. I pulled into a parking spot and my girlfriend asked if she could get a cup of whip cream to dip her pies in so I walked inside with a smile on my face and a short stocky heavy set African American woman with dreads with blonde tips greeted me with a "how can I help you" but not as enthusiastic as the lady at the drive thru window. I proceeded to ask her if I could please get a side cup of whip cream. She asked me "what for?" I told her because my girlfriend likes to dip her pies in it. She responded "oh that's not the kind of cream we serve for that" and I said "no I would like some whip cream she just likes that" and the lady then told me "well that's not free sir that cost money" at which point I held up a quarter signifying I was ready to pay for it and said that's not a problem but then she said "$.25 isn't going to be enough" rudely "its .$50" which I said okay that's not an issue to pay for a cup of whip cream however much it costs so but she could not be so hostile with how she says those responses and be a little more respectful. She then says "I'm not being rude I'm just telling you" but again with an obvious attitude and talk down kind of demeanor. She then tells me it's $.64 and gave me little to no whip cream for that in a kids cup that barely equaled half so I handed her the dollar and she was still running her mouth how she wasn't being rude at all and I'm telling her she obviously has an attitude and it's quite unnecessary and paying for it however much it costs doesn't matter to me and that I have $100 in my wallet to cover any cost that it might incur. Then her and another team member who was taller and a little thinner with braided dreads and an African American female chimed in to defend her and mock me with the fact that they were not being rude or hostile. I walked out telling them they need to learn some respect and not to be so demeaning and rude to customers considering I just made a visit earlier to this same store not even 8 hours ago and a white heavy set female who looked to be of management was quite rude in telling us we had to leave after ordering and sitting down to eat because it was 11:17pm and it wasn't what she was asking of us but the way she said that was so rude and apparently this whole store with the exception of a few employees know the meaning of customer service and respect to paying customers and repeat ones at that! I went back in to ask for the general managers number and nobody would give it to me just point at the drive through window and side of register area and say if you want it it's there. I was very upset and proceeded to cuss at them and lose my cool because I have never been treated so rude for no reason at a place like this so many times in a row. Something needs to be done about these employees and fast because I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere where the employees know how to treat there customers especially when willing to pay. Disgusting and down right disrespectful. You all know who you are and you should be ashamed of yourselves acting like that. You don't like your job then find a new one. We all have to work jobs we hate but doesn't mean we need to treat the customers that pay your check like crap for simply asking to buy a cup of whip cream. Management should be ashamed of their crew for these select people because they have failed the food and customer service industry by letting such people continue to be employed in such positions. There are plenty of McDonald's and competitors that I can choose from here in Baltimore and believe me I will be taking my business to them from now on even though out of my way. Do something about your employees attitudes and behavior. They'll chase your business away and make your customers feel unwelcome!!!

To day is April 15 2021 0300am and I have made an order using the uber eat app on this place, I see that it was taking so longer and no one came to my location to deliver my food, so I called this place to see if any one can explain me what's going on, the men who answer the phone he was really rude, he didn't try to explain me 2 times what was happening, he just hang up the phone ( after he say ...don't wait for uber...) so I understand that there are a problem with Uber Eat, but it doesn't justify he's attitude, I think that some people they just don't qualify to answer the phone. In the end, after long than 1 hours period since I made my order, I I'nt got no food, I'm hungry and I have not chance to go there my self because I'm a trucker.

This is my favorite lunch time eats! Everyone here is very friendly, and work diligently under the only gentleman manager as though they highly respect him. Rightfully so, because he is very nice and treats all his crew members with the utmost respect. I personally love Donnella! 💗😜 She always greets you with a smile & a warm vibe! Need more crews like this at more McDonald's. 💗🙌💗🙏

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 McDoubles, no pickles, extra onions and a large fry. It was put in as no onions, extra pickles. I tried telling her the order was wrong but she kept talking over me. I told her if she'd stop talking she could her the order correctly. As she was correcting the order she was sighing. When I went to the first window to pay an employee came to the window and yelled THIS IS HOW YOU GET TREATED WHEN YOU'RE SMART WITH ME! I handed her a $20 and that's when a woman yelled SPIT ON HER FOOD! That's when I told her to give me my money back. I parked my car and went in to speak to the manager on duty. Neesha was waiting at the counter and was telling the girl that yelled at me to go in the back. Neesha was just as rude as the first girl. The gist of what Neesha told me was it was policy to repeat the order back over and over again until it's correct. Then she asked if I had anything else to say or was I done? At that point I left. I thought maybe the manager would be of help but she only added to the complaint. The attitudes of the employees was not only unprofessional it was threatening. When I said I'd take it up with corporate, Eeshas reply was GOOD YOU DO THAT. I will not go back to that location and I'll be discussing this at our community...

Place is garbage. Full of extremely unfriendly staff that can't even fake a smile. I go here at least once a week, rather than driving to the one on Back River. Not anymore... Just went through the drive through for simple Nuggets and Frys. Drive through window attendant (who wants $15 an hour) was on her phone and had the audacity to ask me if I said sweet and sour...um no, HONEY.....MUSTARD...AGAIN....not to mention the THUGS who hang out of the window chatting with their friends in the drive through while my nuggets and Frys get cold. The icing on the cake...I get home (1 minute and 36 seconds away) and my Frys are cold as FU*K and my nuggets could be used as deadly weapons. How about instead of hiring local drug addicts and drug dealers and thugs...hire so decent people. I hope the franchise owner reads this, and takes some action. Clean house, your place is GARBAGE...that lazy ass manager needs to stop hiring her thugged out boyfriends and letting her employees talk on their phones whIle taking people's orders or letting nuggets sit for hours...YOU...
