Breakfast 4:30am greenmount I guess I came too early @4:10 so I sat in the parking lot and waiting until 4:30. As I pulled up to order breakfast A short light skin young lady had a whole attitude and told me that bagels sandwiches wasn’t ready and when I asked how long will they will be she said it takes a process and I asked if she can communicate with the people making the food to see how long it will be she said she has nothing to do with making the food and that I can pull off and closed the window at the drive through. “Like damn who made u mad sis.” But I didn’t pull off and another young lady came to the window an apologized and took my order and she was very professional. Then a young man brung me my order but one of my sandwiches was missing an egg and and the McMuffin was hard n burnt. He fixed it with no problem and I really appreciated that. Kudos to the two young professionals that handled themselves at this establishment. I ready felt a way about the first young lady because I don’t play with people like that but I kept my composure and it turnt out to be a really good outcome. I just hope she didn’t get to my food and spit in it. I was uncomfortable about that part. So I just threw that food out and went to the the Mc Donald’s by Morgan and service was better. She needs to get her attitude together if she wants to work with people. 🙄 ughhh I have a 2 star for the...
Read moreThe bad reviews here have a point but they only apply during the typical breakfast, lunch, and dinner rush. Of course there's going to be a long wait at the closest McDonald's to a large university and hospital. As a former Hopkins student whose wife has worked in the neighborhood for 6 years, I know to come at off peak times.
So it's not the best McDonald's overall, but I'm leaving a 5 star review for the young lady working the drive-thru and the shift manager who helped me this morning. They were really patient when they listened to my complaint for corporate about the steep price increase for sandwiches with eggs and how they don't match the grocery store increase since last year. I told them I understand that employees and store managers don't decide the prices, but I'm still frustrated about how corporate greed driven inflation hurts society in the long run and it's what led to our current unstable political situation in America. Thanks again for kindly listening.
So 4 stars overall once I subtract the star for the greedy McDonald's corporate executives who think they can jack the sausage egg McMuffin up by a buck fifty after hiding the price gouging behind a temp $2.79 deal after it was $2.50 for years. Yeah, bird flu, I know, but as a special educator who teaches small group math intervention, I'll let the numbers in the picture speak...
Read moreAs I pull up to pay I see a car waiting at the window...then give up and drive off so I pull up and get my order.
I ordered a meal with a coke no ice (said that like 3 times total). They gave me my order and I asked for ketchup. They closed the window. I waited. Thankfully while waiting for someone to return with the ketchup I realized they got my drink wrong and figured I'd correct it when they returned with the ketchup.
So...I waited...and waited...and waited and even honked as they ignored me and the line piled up as I waited for the ketchup. Eventually they opened it and I asked her to correct my drink AND to bring the ketchup I already asked for since she didn't have it. She disappeared again. I waited...and waited. and waited.
Eventually the window opens and they proceed to try to give me the car behind's order and I ask for ketchup yet again and my drink.
The girl in question is in the vids below. This place's service is abysmal. If you want condiments, you'll have to go inside for it, or be relegated to a 8+ minute wait. Honestly, next time it happens I'll probably just take the next person's order to make up for...
