From the moment we stepped into Wicked Sisters, we were greeted with a warm smile and an infectious energy that immediately made us feel at home. Our server, Kai L, truly took our dining experience to the next level with his exceptional service and genuine compassion. From the outset, Kai was attentive without being intrusive. He took the time to understand our preferences and offered thoughtful recommendations, showcasing his deep knowledge of the menu. His passion for the food was evident, and he seemed genuinely excited to share his favorites with us. Each dish he suggested was better than the last, and it was clear he took pride in ensuring we had the best culinary experience possible. What truly stood out about Kai was his ability to connect with us on a personal level. He engaged us in conversation, sharing stories about the restaurant’s inspirations and the care that goes into each dish. It was heartwarming to see how he seamlessly balanced professionalism with a personal touch, making us feel like more than just customers. His compassion shone through when he made sure we were comfortable and accommodated any specific needs we had, creating a welcoming atmosphere that felt so genuine. Kai’s attentive service was complemented by his impeccable timing. Our drinks were always refreshed just before we needed them, and he checked in at just the right moments to ensure everything was to our liking. His enthusiasm and joy in providing fantastic service were palpable, and it radiated throughout the entire dining room, Kai L exemplifies what it means to truly care for your guests. He doesn’t just serve food; he creates memorable experiences. As we concluded our meal, we left not only satisfied but feeling like we had shared a moment with a truly remarkable individual. If you’re fortunate enough to have Kai as your server at Wicked Sisters, prepare for an extraordinary dining experience filled with warmth, joy, and a passion for food that is infectious. We can’t wait to return, not just for the remarkable dishes, but to enjoy Kai’s impeccable service again. Thank you, Kai, for making our visit so unforgettable!

I recently had the pleasure of spending an evening at Wicked Sisters, and I can't help but take a moment to shine a well-deserved spotlight on Devin, the exceptional bartender upstairs. From the moment I approached the bar, Devin greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm that instantly made me feel welcome. It was evident that he is not just a bartender, but a true ambassador for the establishment. His extensive knowledge of the drink menu was impressive, but what truly set him apart was his ability to connect with patrons on a personal level. Devin took the time to ask about my preferences and recommended a cocktail that was not only delicious but also thoughtfully crafted to suit my tastes. As he prepared my drink, he shared anecdotes and stories that created an inviting atmosphere, making every moment spent at the bar feel special. His passion for mixology is clearly reflected in his craft; each drink is a creation that tells a story and invites patrons to experience something unique. What I found particularly remarkable was Devin's attentiveness to each guest, regardless of how busy the bar got. He made everyone feel seen and valued, effortlessly managing to share laughs and create connections amid the hustle and bustle. It's clear that he possesses a rare ability to foster community; it felt like being among friends, rather than just another customer at the bar. Devin’s professionalism, warmth, and innate talent make him an invaluable asset to Wicked Sisters. I wholeheartedly believe he deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication. A raise would not only be a testament to his contributions but also a wise investment in the continued success of the bar. Devin has a unique gift for creating memorable experiences, and I look forward to returning to see what incredible concoctions he’ll dream up next! Thank you, Devin, for an unforgettable evening! You truly elevate the Wicked Sisters experience and I can't wait to visit again.

I was certainly not expecting the warm reception we received and the overall cozy vibe at Wicked Sisters. The ambience was great and the owners obviously put a lot of time and effort into their restaurant's presentation. It has an industrial vibe with white exposed brick walls and rafters, interested wall art and quotes for you to ponder as you climb the stairs to the second floor. Two bars on each floor is an added bonus if you have a reservation and arrive early as we did. The staff was just stellar. The host pointed out the upstairs bar and then came to get us when our table was ready, and even waited for us to settle up at the bar and then show us to our table. That kind of attention does not go unnoticed! Our waiter was attentive and friendly. As for the food, I ordered the chicken wings with mango habanero sauce. They were practical and no frills. My wife and I both had steaks. She did the NY Strip with the Brussel sprouts, which she loved, and I went for the Cowboy steak with fries. Mine was proportionally sized for the price (which was $60). Unfortunately, the steak was chewy and was not as enjoyable as I wished it could have been. It also had too much fat on the cut for the price, and I'm not an extremely picky eater. I would be willing to try other options on the menu if we are in the area again.

I have never been in this much of a hurry to write a bad review. I began working in the area 3 months ago and, now that the weather is warming, have started to venture out and try new establishments. Was looking for a really good salad and Wicked Sisters came up. The website was nice, food looked pleasing, and they were only a 4 min drive. Looked at the menu and decided on the steak salad which, according to their website, includes ginger soy marinated steak and ginger vinaigrette. I am also on a strict diet with my personal trainer. This seemed to check all the boxes. I called and was immediately placed on hold for 8 minutes. This frustrated me but I let it go. The young lady takes my order and then says "im not sure if you've been here before but we have a new southwest steak salad". Because I'd been on hold so long, I'd already gotten up from my desk and made my way to the car to commute to Wicked Sisters. I informed the young lady that I was now away from my desk and could not see what that included so I'd stick to my original request (ginger soy marinated). She said ok. When I got to the restaurant the bartender was extremely busy. But there was a hostess not doing much and someone dealing with boxes. I thought to myself either of these ladies could have reduced my time on the phone. But again, I let it go. When the food came out the dressings were a bit thick and didn't resemble the ginger vinaigrette. So I asked the bartender if the dressings were in the bag. He checked with the kitchen and said yes. I held the sauce up to confirm I had the correct thing. He shook his head. I headed back to my office. As I opened my box I saw avocados (which I am allergic to), corn, tortillas, and jalapeños (which I do not eat). Looked at the kitchen order tag and noticed that despite my asking for the ginger steak salad the young lady on the phone decided to ring me up for southwest. I knew I'd be unable to return the salad at that moment because my break was coming to an end but was seeking a solution to "the stores" mistake. A young lady got on the phone and said that the southwest is the only steak salad they have. I informed her that I placed my order based on what was on the website. Her response was "that's why we make sure to tell our customers we don't have it on the phone". I shared with her that I was not informed that they didn't have the the ginger. Instead, I was informed that they had a new southwest salad - giving the impression that I had options. also, when I said I would stick to my original request the person taking my order did not take advantage of the opportunity to tell me that the ginger steak salad was no longer available. The young lady on the phone offered no solution and told me to have a nice day. As if spending $30 on food that I cannot eat because the store failed to update their website and staff failed to communicate clearly would allow me to "have a nice day". I would have settled for them admitting to and offering a solution for their mistake. Instead I had to pay for their mistake. When i 1st landed on the website i was thinking "this would be a nice place for company happy hours". But after this experience I will never return or suggest the establishment to...

I really wanted to like this place but I just couldn't. We went today Sunday 10/24. I understand lots of places are understaffed and this is probably one of them, I definitely think there are things this place could be doing to improve the customer experience.

We sat in the nice outdoor area and the waitress greeted us and said she would be over to see if we wanted drinks in a minute. About 20ish minutes later she finally came over and we ordered coffee and our brunch. A bit annoying but I get it, they were moderately busy since there seemed to be only one waitress for all nine outdoor tables.

It took about another 15 minutes to get our coffee and appetizer 10 minutes after that. The brussel sprouts were ok but very little of the sauce had been added to them so about half of them were good and the other half were flavorless. The coffee was weak and had clearly been sitting in the pot for a long time.

I had to ask when if we would be getting our main courses another 25 minutes later for them to be brought out. The fries were cold, and the salmon BLT I had was ok but nothing special and there was only a tiny amount of mayo on it so it was quite dry. (Like it was a 1/4 tsp right in the middle and nowhere else.)

The waitress was nice enough for the 30 seconds we interacted, but was clearly being forced to do too much. Finally when we asked for the check, we had to ask twice and after another 15 minutes I just went and asked for it from the bar myself. She brought it out a minute after that.

I didn't complain in the restaurant because I wasn't there to make a bad situation worse, but this was definitely the worst restaurant experience I have had in Baltimore.

I spent a long time in the restaurant business, and frankly if they are so understaffed they should cut capacity to a point where the food and service can be allowed to provide better quality. I am sure the place is nice when they have enough people but even with the waitress, a busses and an expo person they were overwhelmed, at least where I was.

It wasn't just myself and my girlfriend who had a bad time either. While I was there I heard the table next to me get a messed up good order, the another table waiting 25 minutes for drinks and the table who came in after us waited nearly half an hour to have their order taken.

0/10 do...

We went to Wicked Sister’s Restaurant in Baltimore (Hampton)10/22/23 celebrate my daughters birthday in heaven. We were seated almost immediately on the first floor. When you walked in, straight ahead for 4 people . my first vibes were that the restaurant was closing down. later, after speaking to friends about our experience, I was told that upstairs they have another dining room ,a bar, and also outdoor seating, which is supposed to be very NICE!!!! Well we didn’t know about that b/c we were not offered that. I’m not really sure why we wouldn’t have been since our area seemed like it was closing up to the extent that there was a couple booths back by the bar, on the first floor on the right side with employees eating food, I guess their breakfast or lunch. I definitely observed one waitress eating pie. So our bill was $180.+ tax and tip. I had crab dip as my appetizer and entrée. It tasted good but only had a little crab meat, cheddar cheese on top of the rest was cream cheese, My son’s partner had an order of muscles as an appetizer. My husband had A order of chicken wings as an appetizer, and the meatballer was his entree with fries. He said the meatball was definitely on the dry side. Our son ordered the big burger with cheese and all the works. It also had a big onion ring on top. He also had french fries. I have to say that we were highly disappointed in our lunch/brunch. I understand that everything is expensive now but $20 for an orange crush that quite frankly was not good and had seltzer water in it. My husband ordered RYE brand of beer on tap and it tasted like the tap was dirty. Unfortunately we have experienced this at other places before, but not often. My son significant other had a bloody Mary, she said that was pretty good. She had a lavender gin-craft drink, she said it was good. my son and I both ordered a house. Margarita, I wasn’t offered salt But if you’re going to call a margarita, a craft drink, then you need to add maybe a floater of Grand Marnier but it did not, and it cost $ 20 apiece for very sour lime juice, no salt or sugar offered and house tequila. Unfortunately we had a Bad experience to Wicked Sisters. Not sure why they weren’t on top of their game, but I don’t think I will be back...
