Last summer I went 15 minutes before closing and wanted a blended drink. The barista said "I'm sorry, but our blenders are closed." No honey. You cleaned them as part of your preclosing process, and don't feel like cleaning them again. I was appalled at the blonde teenage girl (currently working, we just pulled away) employee talking to the other teenage girl employee that she pulled down another girls shirt in front of other people and that she wouldn’t sleep with a boy until they were dating “I won’t do THAT again”. She was using profane language at a place of business and having an incredibly inappropriate conversation in front of customers. Waited about ten minutes while a young barista layed on her arms talking out the window to a white bmw car full of boys . Three cars left from the line behind my vehicle. The girl made no move to end the conversation. Finally pulled up along side the car and addressed the girl. Asked if she was making coffee or talking.
