They keep it simple. Beer battered fish fry or shrimp. That is it. And honestly sometimes that is all you need. The fish was affordable, flaky, and cooked just right. You really cannot go wrong with a classic beer battered fish fry done the right way. They also had me try their clam chowder and it was delicious. A great bonus to an already solid stop. This is proof that you do not need a huge menu for a great Friday fish fry. The bartender was unbelievably rude. Me and five other friends came in ready to get a meal. She meticulously went through our IDā€™s reading them off and making comments about them to other guests. We told her before she started, one of us was not 21 but he would not be drinking. She insisted after checking all the other IDā€™s to see his and promptly kicked us out. Saying ā€œhe canā€™t be in hereā€ Legally, he can be in there. You just canā€™t serve him alcohol.

It was a fairy hurtful experience as we tried to reassure our friend (who turned 21 next month) that not all bars were like that. I donā€™t know what her...

I loved the garlic cheese curds, and the bacon cheeseburger was pretty good too. The pricing is affordable and the room is spacious and zoned to enjoy a meal separate from the bar counter.
