Last few times I have been here the place is a mess. They don't have anyone cleaning up the lobby until 2nd shift clocks in. Had to search around for a table to sit at. Every table has crumbs/food on them. Food on floor and seats. Or trash left behind. Bathroom was messy the worst I have ever seen there. No paper towels and all the toilet paper rolls were out of container holders and sitting among the stoll. Mirror gross & sink nasty. I see 2nd shift clocked in they went straight to lobby to clean it up. What about someone on 1st? I do see they updated their lobby & tables which are nice but not if the place is messy gross looking from the breakfast rush. I understand they get busy but as I remember there was always time made for someone to clean up lobby or a rule to do a walk through every half hour or so to check on the lobby when working at a fast food place. The order ahead area is not working at all! Such an unorganized, confusing cluttered crowd of people waiting forever for their orders. You have people coming in the door having to walk through a crowd of people waiting. Makes it a mess to order at the front counter or at the kiosk screen. Btw, The straws are kept by the pick up area now and not by the pop machines. So when you get a cup grab a straw too! Otherwise, your making your way back to get a straw at the counter through the crowd. When walking back to get a straw a guy was like this is my food. I'm like I know I was just grabbing a straw. đ not cutting the line or the crowd of people standing in this mess. I'm simply getting a straw from over here where I just was to travel back get over there for a straw or then find a place to stand. Would have grabbed a straw when I grabbed a cup but didn't see them on the far left from the crowd of people blocking them. Ended up finally getting my order 25 minutes later. I ordered a kids hamburger boo bucket & a medium sized fry on the side. Also they make it confusing because I opted out the apple slices for a 2nd kids fry. They put the 2 kids fries in a small fry bag. Which I first thought they forgot my second fry at a glance. I asked the girl she was like kids fries come in little red cartons I'm like ok I know that. Then thought oh they just combined the 2 kids fries into a one small bag fry...cost saving???đ€ Curious if that equals up to the same ratio? Still would look better if left into the two kids cartons for less confusion. Or note that! The girl when I asked her so the two kids fries & combined into a small fry right and I'm not missing one right? She looks at me like silent & dumbfounded. I'm like umm yes umm no? She repeats the kids fries come in little red cartons. I'm like so the two fries are combined into a small bag fry then? She's repeats like OMG nevermind ILL ASSUME YES! So thanks & Nevermind. If that's true just say yes ma'am we do that for a two fry kids meal we put the two little red carton kids fries into just a small fry bag. Quick & easy! Seemed like extra ordeal for her to say this which she didn't anyways.i just answered it for myself instead of watching her look at me blank minded & confused. Also didn't see ketchup anywhere so when getting to my car I thought ketchup for fries had to get out to go back in for ketchup. If they would have asked do you need any ketchup I would have avoided this extra trio back in. Yes back through the mosh pit of people waiting for their orders. đ”âđ« The crowd issue and people getting their orders on time and thats if it's the correct order. Theirs no order to the actual number to people's orders anyways it's like order 267, 588, or 322. How the order system is planned IDK. It's even more confusing when the workers call out the food items by names instead of number. Because, how ironic does someone have the same order as me and she gets her order before mine when I ordered before her. Because, they call out the food name & not the order #. So when you see the same order on food screen it obviously got erased. Thinking it was filled already. They had 2 different...
Read moreTo start off my review, I'd like to state that I've worked at a McDonald's before. Before this trip to this location, I've never had any real issues with McDonald's besides the fact that almost every single McDonald's messes up your order and forgets food, or just plain old gets the order wrong. But that's not the problem with tonight's visit. I arrived at the Barberton McDonald's at 12:50 AM (10 minutes before they are supposed to switch over to breakfast) and the back booth employee assisted us at 12:57 AM - That's 7 minutes of waiting, with no "we'll be with you in one minute" or anything along those lines. Once we placed the order, we drove around the corner to the windows, only to be greeted by an amazingly long waiting time of 25 minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting, the cashier at the window was rude, and everyone inside seemed to be having a good, fun time, while making orders slowly for customers. The lady took our money, and got back to us with the food promptly after. We checked the bags before leaving, everything checked out to be good, so we left. We reached our hands into the bag whilst driving, like every other American, and grabbed some fries to tie us over until we got home. Well, lets just say the fries were ICE cold, and tasted like straight oil. So the impression of that wasn't very good from the get-go. Once we arrived home, we had opened the big-mac meal we had gotten, only to find old patties and soggy buns. The same thing happened with the McChickens. Very old, cold, and dry sandwiches. I've always expected that if I have to wait 25 minutes in a drive-thru that I should NEVER get cold food. I expected it to be fresh, and I was totally wrong. After this visit, I will never be visiting this McDonalds again, unless I have absolutely no other...
Read moreI really donât like causing trouble at all and I usually just pay the price, but I was quoted 11.38 for 20 piece nugget when online and every time I go in person to order it is 7.89. I was asking what happened barely was telling me anything, charged me then handed me the receipt. Saw they charged me for two 10 pieces, and I was like this is not how I ordered it, and they got the manager. The manager came and was like we donât have the same prices as online, one I just used the app, two every time I go to that location itâs rang up as 7.89 but different this time, and the manager didnât even look at my phone or look at the computer at all. I think the person who rang me up did it on accident and no one cared to fix it, so I asked for my refund and went to Norton down the road. Went there and the girl in the front said have a blessed day, and rang the 20 piece up as 7.89 not to mention Barberton didnât even get my sauces correct, but anywho I didnât even have to say anything to Norton they had the price I was talking about and they were just more nicer overall and happy to be there. I understand mistakes happen, but no one was trying to fix it the two of them were glancing at the computer and talking to me never typed anything out, so you didnât try to fix it, Iâm sorry but might just go to Norton and that it from now on, because I got upset and usually I just pay, but after just trying to fix the little mistake I was told I was wrong and that the app is useless, but itâs not the app this is McDonaldâs prices so make...
