If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy a great meal with generous portion sizes with family or friends, this is a great place.

Me and my mother ate here late afternoon on a weekday. The food was hot, fresh and generously proprotioned. My mother ordered the California Chicken, which was big enough for two meals. The service was a bit slow, half the staff didn't speak English, and the rice was left off my Deep Fried Chicken Chimichanga which was otherwise amazing. This was quickly rectified with a big side bowl of rice, and the Spanish speaker calling one fluent in English.

The decor is amazing. All the doors, chairs, tables and chandaleers look to be hand carved wood. The only thing that distracted from a great dining ambiance was Investigate Discovery showing dead bodies on the massive bar flatscreen.

One last note, during my dining experience the wifi was non-functional. The waiter brought us the password, yet neither my mother nor I were able to access it.

This is my favorite place to eat locally they have a really good sauces and the food has always been outstanding as well as great presentation

The inside of the restaurant is a compliment to Kentucky’s Bourbon industry as well as the horse industry. With unique decor. Horses carved in the the chairs and tables . Very unique

It is large and spacious inside and welcomes large groups. The tables and chairs are large and the feel is charming and old world With a twist of old tavern.

They have an outdoor patio with dining area with tables and umbrellas ☂️

They have a small Bar with seating at the bar With a great drink 🍹 selections Local Bourbons 🥃

I recommend the tamales. I have not had ones better in this region. Best dark sauce ever .

BEAUTIFUL Mexican place. Incredible wood carvings on doors and furniture!! Went mid afternoon (empty) service was great, food was great (lunch special Chilles rellenos w a taco $6 bucks I think!👍) so prices were also great! and atmosphere is gorgeous!! Beautiful for a date night, great for families or big groups as they have HUGE tables and booths!! I'm picky about my Mexican food and this was good but not the real, traditional rellenos. See my other reviews of Mexican places in Bardstown. Atmosphere here IS better for ambience but food at Mi Lindo on Bloomfield Rd is way better, more authentic!! She makes me MY own "plate" of EXACTLY what I want!! (When chilles rellenos ARE available-CALL ahead! Soo worth it!! Trust me!!)
