Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bardstown

I just ordered 2 large pizzas on the website. Which does not let you do delivery because it will not take it. you can only do carry out. My complaint is not which was the size of the pizzas but how they were made. One large pizza was supposed to have the works on it. 95% of it is in the middle of the pizza in a small circle. the rest of the pizza has pepperoni and cheese. Which means that only one-third of The Works material on it and the rest of the two thirds of the pizza is pepperoni and cheese. If you want to have it delivered they will tack on another $10 take all your discounts out of the order and Mark your food full price. plus you also have to tell them again what your order is. I have had better pizzas to this. That put the food items you asked for over the pizza and instead of one small circle. I suggest that they pick off the delivery choice because in the area here you cannot get it it has to be carry out. That they make this app a lot easier to use and give the right information to their customers and telling. if that's going to be delivered you don't get a discount and you will pay full price Plus get a fee of $10 tacked onto your bill. I would label this Papa John's app "...

Just ordered two pizzas from here. My daughter stops and picks them up for me on her way over. She gets here I have a large meat lovers that has marinara sauce. The other pizza was supposed to be a large pepperoni, but I get a small cheese. My granddaughter doesn't like cheese she always scarpes the cheese off and just eat the pepperoni and crust. The pizza was poorly made. The girl that took my order laughed at my name. I guess she thought I was from a different country. Very unsatisfied when I call them the manager said she wasn't on duty when they were ordered, and read back to me what the girl had put in the computer to order, which was wrong, and ask us what we wanted her to do about it? Duh make...

I’m only posting this in hopes of helping someone else out before placing an online order with this Papa Johns. My wife had placed a large order for a later time the day of delivery. 45 minutes before the actually time of the requested delivery, my wife gets a call saying the pizzas are ready at the location of delivery. We were just pulling into the location to get everything set up, as it was still well before the time we requested. Long story short. The delivery guy gets smart with my wife, proceeds to hang up and flips us the bird as he drove off. Called and spoke to the manager and they were little to no help either. Classless establishment. Can easily say we’ll never order from this Papa...
