Dunkin' — Restaurant in Barnstable

My mother and I come here almost everyday on the way to work, my mom gets the same thing every time we go, a frozen coffee with whipped cream. WE got it this time, and it didnt look like there was enough cream in it, so my mother said “this looks too dark.” And before she could even ask for more cream in it, the worker, Tiana, screamed at her saying “you don’t come here everyday, you're being extremely rude, you can come in and get another one but you're not going to talk to ME like that. Once you get your coffee, you can go somewhere else!” I have NEVER in my LIFE been so APPALLED at the service as it’s usually always so nice! I work in sales and customer service myself and i would been FIRED of i spoke to anyone that way never mind a paying customer!...

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because my coffee was good. I have never had an issue with this place, but when I bit into my food, it made me gag because someone left the parchment paper on the cheese. And I don’t even know how they didn’t see it because it was like in clear view after I actually looked at my sandwich. When I had bit into it, I had just peeled the sides of the wrapper down to take a bite, but when I actually opened it and looked at it, there’s no way that someone should’ve missed that. I should have my whole meal for free because of this, but because I’m at work, I can’t leave to bring this...

I stood there for 20 minutes after putting my order in. The woman behind the counter used bad whipped cream and had to remake my order. It happens. She then proceeded to forget about my coffee because a friend came in so she made hers first. Annoying, but fine. She started taking and making other orders. Then started cleaning and doing other tasks. When she finally remembered my order, there was no apology or explanation. Just handed me my drink, and went back to doing what she was doing. Will not...
