I had been a customer for over 12 years with auto-pay and never missing a payment. I had a 4 line plan that was dropped to a 3 line plan upon the company being bought out. I was still charged the same price for 3 lines as I was for 4 lines previously. Customer support managers at that were unwilling to give any compensation or reactivate the 4th line. I then switched 2 lines to Verizon leaving one line still active on the account. And once again was being charged more for that one account then ANY plans offered by boost at the time of contact-current. And once again Customer support was unwilling to give any compensation due to being overcharged. Even after they accepted I was being overcharged their only resolution was to put me on a new plan at the current prices which was half of what I was being charged. With no compensation for being overcharged for the previous 6months. I finally just canceled my last active line and will never do buisness with or recommend ANYONE do buisness with boost mobile again! Which is a shame because I use to advocate for boost mobile and had multiple active lines under the previous ownership. BUYER...

She drove over 1 hour away to get to that location because of the help they gave her over the phone and willing to set the online special phone aside for her.The other locations didn’t honor the online price special in there store but your location did.
Sofia saved the online special priced phone for her over the phone in that store, Gabriel setup and transferred everything from her old Iphone when she arrived the next day. John helped her get all the accessories she needed and installed them for her.

There were three, “ 3” “ Customer Svc” associates sitting on stools doing absolutely nothing when I entered the store. Every basic question I asked was answered by a quick look amongst the 3, then a broken English “IDK” or call 611. I call 611 and they tell me to go to the store. The phone(s) were purchased at that store so I expected some type of customer support. Evidently NOT. I went back there on another day to see if I could speak to a different representative and it was different people, same result - Broken English and no idea how to help.
