Fogo Brazilian BBQ — Restaurant in Barnstable

I went twice on this place, first time my wife asked the server for a well done meat, he brought out a medium rare, when I told him it wasn’t well done, he gave me attitude and said I didn’t know what a well done meat look like. Second time was now on July 22nd, 2023, walked in, nobody came to show us the table, we had to ask if we could seat, when we received our bill, my wife paid and included a tips, when we received our copy of the receipt, it says that is already included on the price, the waiter saw that we were checking the receipt, so she ran and charged the amount we added, when we questioned she said it was for the waiters, then we told them that they need to let us know that is included and they shouldn’t charge twice, and that we need a reimbursement, she said that only the manager could do that, we asked for the manager, she said he wasn’t working, so we walked out with a charge that we didn’t agree,...

Terrible food, salty and unhealthy. I visited for thr first and last time the other night. I called the place up and spoke to the individual who weighs you out. At first he told me pricing is 9.99 for salad bar and 12.99 for barbecue. I get there, the person Manning the grill just forced on lots of over cooked meat and didn't listen to what I wanted. So I check out and sure enough. The salad bar was 9.99/lb, the meat however was 19.99/lb. I am not sure why the manager lied to me, but I asked him about it. I love coming to Fogo. Their buffet selection is always fresh and the churrasco is great! They started offering all you can eat pizza $12.99 (kids $6.99), on Sunday and Wednesday from 6-10pm. I was very disappointed with the quality of the dough. The pizza was NOT good, the dough was not thin and looked like the ones you buy from a supermarket. It was dry, super white on the bottom. They were nice enough for allowing me to switch to the buffet because I wouldn't be able to eat any of the pizza flavors since the dough was so bad. The meat and buffet are good though.
