Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Barnstable

The employees were nice, although there was way too many working. That is probably why our sandwiches were wrong (there was no need for that many employees). I had literally a list if veggies for my sandwich (keep in mind this list is on 3 things, the bag for the sandwich, the written order AND also the receipt stapled to the bag and the other one we received) i received it and there was not a single veggie on it. Pretty dissapointing after waiting a good 20 min (while being the only people in the store). Luckily we had a minute to check our food before leaving, usually i need to rush right back to a job site. They did refund my money (that took another 15min) and gave us coupons for free subs but im not going back, i dont have time or money to waste. I work in the food industry and making sandwiches is very simple, you read whats written down and put it on the sandwich. I was so happy when i found out they were open since that is the only place i love steak and cheese from but you lost 2 customers and any othe potential customer from any job im on. Sorry but if your employees cant read dont have them doing things that require reading. Or maybe having 3ppl on a gril that are not talking to eachother working on all the same sandwiches isnt...

Completely unprofessional. Extremely rude and unpleasant. I came in to order and the female worker had her boyfriend there and was too concerned being on her phone and catering to him to get the celtics game on rather than helping us. She was allowing them to vape in the restaurant, they had the breads completely uncovered for bugs to get too. They were out of rosemary parm, i ordered my sub they never asked what bread or toppings i wanted and just slapped a steak and cheese together i accepted the white bread since im not too picky and asked if they could add toppings for me. The male replied “ your supposed to tell us before you order if you want toppings i let him know he never asked ive always been asked. He replied “ well in the future if you dont let us know you wont get any” mind you this is after i tipped them 10% on a takeout order so i told him id like to get refunded then i dont want the sub they then both told me no to a refund & threatened to call the police if i didnt leave. I refused to leave and the female worker had her boyfriend approach me and threaten me if i didnt leave. I then chose to leave with no refund. Do not recommed go to a different location especially if you have children and dont want them inhaling vape...

Hands down the worst service. My friends and I were there Saturday and immediately were taken back by the guy behind the counter and his attitude towards us. We all work in the food service industry and I would NEVER treat customers the way he did. He was mad at us for looking at the menu for about a minute when he started mumbling something to us and we all looked at each other trying to figure out what he said and he was upset because we hadn’t ordered yet.. we had just stepped in. That was just the beginning. My friend went to order and he was so rude she wanted to order some where else and then he started talking about her right infront of my brother and I... I then put back my waters and said we would be ordering elsewhere and he said “I don’t care”.. normally I would say everyone has bad days but this.. this was not a bad day. Will definitely not be...
