I worked with Marla to plan my husbands suprise 30th birthday and was so impressed. From my initial call, she was very clear and helpful, even though I was a little all over the place and wasn’t sure what I wanted. We worked together over the next week or so via email, she was so responsive and above and beyond in terms of answering questions and responding to my emails.
They have a package for every budget, we decided to go with the pizza, wings and salad. The price per person was great, and included the bowling, bartending etc. Marla sent me multiple invoices to help me figure out the best combinations of things and let me know exactly what to expect to pay.
The day of the party, they worked with my friends to help decorate and get the room ready. Our bartender Britney was outstanding, great drinks and service. We had Marla there helping coordinate everything as well as our own designated server Connie who was also amazing. They did a great job serving everything, replenishing food, cleaning up plates, helping people set up the bowling, they were very attentive.
After the party all our friends had a blast playing in the arcade and winning prizes and making great memories. They gave us all our leftover pizza and even held it at the desk while we played games. Everyone had such a great time and I am so grateful to everyone at Ten Pin for making it...
Read moreNo complaints about the arcade or bowling, but the restaurant part.. when seated at a table with five other people, my friend and I noticed that there was water dripping from the ceiling on our end of the table. When we mentioned it to the waitress, she was quick to rebuttal and defend saying it is only just condensation from the air conditioner above your head. Because apparently somehow this was not a sanitary issue at all. She did nothing to make the situation better or offer to move us.. Our food arrived and the water continued to drip into our drinks and food. The waitress can tell that two of us were not happy with our meal, which was why majority of it was left untouched. We didn't want to make her job any harder so we decided to keep it to ourselves. it was when we had to pay for our bill and we asked her to split those checks.. She was immediately unhappy. She gave me attitude as I I spoke up for the group. Walked away shaking her head. We are asking of her to do this favor for us, instead of complaining and having her bring us a different entree and move us to a different table. She also decided to throw on the two shared appetizers on to my bill in spite. We won't be returning there for a very long time. We are not just some tourists making a pit stop either, we are...
Read moreHad never been in an adult arcade like this before, although we do have a Dave and Buster's where I'm from--just never been in. I'm giving this stars because we came for the arcade and had a pretty good time. Something to do while waiting for the Regal movie to start next door.
One critique I do have is that when you walk in, you have about 2-3 different counter spaces that I assume are designated to different areas of the eatery (there's a bowling area, bar and restaurant, arcade). I say ASSUME because there was little to no signage communicating where to go to speak to someone about playing in the arcade. Upon walking in, there were a TON of customers walking around and hanging out. I waited for someone to greet my husband and I, but none of the staff did. They just kind of stared/looking at us and continued in their conversations. None of the counters or stations had signs indicating what that counter's staff can assist with.
We awkwardly wandered around before making our way to the arcade "coin card" vending machine, and it was so confusing that we had to ask a staff member behind the arcade counter what to do. The teenager was standoffish and had to be summoned over from his phone before we were helped.
If I could describe this place in one word, it would...
