You lost a good patron today. When I ordered, I asked for extra avocado on 2 of the 3 sandwiches I ordered. They came to me without extra. I've always been one to spend my money local and supporting your business in the past has never been an issue. I love the fresh local ingredients you use. The lack of providing me with the sandwiches as I asked can be overlooked as I know your business is wildy busy. The large problem- and the one that will likely stick with me is that the man that played on Guy's Grocery Games from this business was rude to me when I called back to inquire why I had incurred a $10 delivery fee this time- when I've been ordering weekly as often as possible since this pandemic began and never received such a hefty fee before. I have no car. I have no way to get to you, but spending some of the little money I have on your business WAS important to me. I'm not happy with the sarcasm and disrespectful attitude I was presented with when I inquired about this additional fee that brought my total up much higher than it normally has been. I was told the fee has been effect since the pandemic started and to consider myself lucky I hadn't been charged properly during my previous experiences. The tip I provided was reduced from my normal amount because my total came up to more expensive than I usually plan for. So, while I'm considering how lucky I am, and as I told you on the phone, I suppose if that's the attitude I'm going to receive, then I can consider not spending any of my money at your business at any time in my future. There are plenty of businesses struggling. Instead of treating your regular people poorly, maybe be more considerate and take care of the people that usually provide you with positive feedback and are consistently trying to support you and the...
Read moreThis was the first time I ordered from them and I won’t be doing it again. I understand that prices for everything have gone up, but $15 for the turkey sandwich I got was not worth it. There was not even a full serving of turkey on the sandwich (which is 3oz) and there was one piece of cheese that didn’t even cover the whole thing. I also ordered online and asked for no onions, and there was onions in my sandwich, and everyone who is anti raw onions knows that even if you pick them off the sandwich still has an onion taste.
Also, ordering online says it’s supposed to be free, but they charged me a service charge. I’m not 100% sure if that was for online ordering through Square, but asking me to tip on top of that is insane.
The food itself tastes good, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1. But again, not worth the price for a sandwich that was mostly...
Read moreEverything about this place is awesome. The staff is really interesting and engaging. The menu is tight but right and has a ton of room for customization if you consider all that's on offer. The place is cozy with art for sale on the walls, and an assortment of different healthy snacks from chips to Apple sauces. We had the ramen salad and vegetable shawarma and firstly, the ramen salad was for my kids. They devoured it. The shawarma was on sourdough with an added bit of sirracha to spicen it up. Wow. The thing was too delicious to be a veggie sandwich. The flavors were so off the chart that I immediately first thought about "that scene" from "Once Upon a Time in Mexico" and realized how lucky they were this wasn't that movie and I wasn't Johnny Depp, and secondly that I should write them a great review. Would...
