The food is well - pretty good in general....limited....but good...but I have had a gift card for 5 months and have tried to get a hold of this place for an order and have not been able to the ENTIRE FIVE MONTHS! Not....A.....single.....time. In the past 5 months - I have NOT BEEN ABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE THERE. Voicemail after voicemail.....sometimes even hearing the voicemail box was full. In my honest opinion, staffing isn't well managed (despite covid I know) and unless youre standing in front of them all day - good luck ever getting ahold of them to call in an order. I reached out several times through their facebook page - the message was "seen" and ignored for 2 weeks. At this point, I finally messaged again frustrated where they finally came back with no accountability at all - and no remedy mind you either. 2 months later....here I am again trying to order a darn burrito for lunch and cant get a hold of them. TERRIBLE service.......decent burritos....but terrible management. I dont recommend them unless you have an hour to stand there in person.......resolving obvious issues is not on their priority list and neither is take out, phone calls, or responding to customers.
This is non-biased, and not a "grumpy" review.....I have tried for months to "give them a chance" and make it work. I cant even give away the gift card cuz my office knows how hard of a time I have had just trying to order a...

But, then came alone Two Loco Guys, which in my opinion blows Boloco out of the water! 2LG has friendly staff and gives very generous helpings of fresh, delicious food and they are vegan friendly (all rice and beans, guac, and tortillas are vegan as well as the grilled veggies)
Sometimes the pricing is a little inconsistent — I’ve paid upwards of three different amounts for the same exact order on different visits, but it doesn’t bother me too much. The food...
Read moreIn the style of Chipotle however it's significantly better. They have a unique thing where they have base styles of burritos or bowls or you can go rogue and build your own. I honestly don't like Chipotle so I'm biased however the ingredients are consistently fresh and the staff is endlessly pleasant. I wish they had a greater selection of drinks but thats a miniscule gripe. We visited Barre and tried it once then came back two more times before the next day was over. Highly recommend them. I bet we'll be back before our trip is done. Highly...
