I've never experienced such terrible service in my life, as we did from this restaurant today. We've frequently visited other locations in the past, and have never had the food issues and services as we did. We came in 4 adults, and 5 kids, ages 1-10. From the time we ordered until we received our food, was about 45 minutes to an hour. If you have kids you know with toddlers(4 of them), you need to try and get food right away or something to distract them, or else it will become a live edition of lord of the flies. It wasn't until I had asked her to check on the food. It came out withing a minute, because obviously it had been sitting at the window untouched for a LONG while. So of course 75% of our food was like it just came out of the fridge, like leftovers. They went back and made the food again(and I never send food back, especially after working as a server for a long time). Keep in mind an hour later we still don't have silverware or napkins either and mind you our appetizer came out with our food order. We waited another 5 minutes for silverware, and then she brought only 2 napkins. I mean cmon. Now about another 20-25 minutes go by, and I ask again, and then our food comes out again immediately. We are about an hour and half in now for this lunch visit. Oh and my boneless wings came out half with sauce with them, and barely covered them with sauce. Asked for a side of it. Then about 5 minutes later finally the 2 salads come out.(the first salad came out, that was supposed to have warm chicken, came with no dressing as well). The 2nd one, was over compensated for and they drenched it, and the entire thing was just super soggy. I don't know if they were trying to mess with us or not, but talk about a horrendous experience. They took some of the dishes off of the check, but really should've taken more off, but at that point I wasn't going to argue. Bright side was at least we got to watch the entire second half of the Bears game before finishing our food. Mind you another table had the manager sitting there for a long time as well, assuming for similar issues. Now all of the 1 star reviews make perfect sense, didn't think it could hold value and B-Dubs. Boy was I wrong, worst experience ever. Never will visit that location again. Read moreApparently don't understand they're a wings place! I placed an order, for a small order of their traditional winds, online at 6:10 for a 6:30 pick up. I arrive at the location around 6:25, and pay for the order. 35 minutes later no wings until I ask the person who was at the register. Then my wings show up, but look like they've been sitting around and are cold. If they had just come out they'd have some level of steam or the box would be hot, not room temperature to the touch. The wings also had the sauce absorbed, as another indication. How is this possible for a place that literally has the word WINGS in their name not be able to have wings ready at the pick up time. This location has had this issue before. Never have the managers actually apologized for the slowness. In this instance the manager looked at me like it was my fault for asking for wings that were fresh after having waited 35 minutes for my pick up order. He got me a new set of wings within 5 mins, and gave me the other wings as well. How's it possible to get the replacement wings in short time and my original order takes over 45+ minutes from the time I placed the order?!?!?!?! What's the point of ordering ahead of time if my order is going to take 30+ minutes after I come to pick it up anyways?!?! Read moreTried to place an order for pickup. The first couple of times I let it go, the third is obviously strike 3 and thus why I'm posting a review. One time I went in (ordered on the phone) they were really busy and I paid for my food and waited for my order to be ready. The employee that took my name and payment then went to do another job (clean tables etc) but didn't have the intelligence to pass on to another employee that I was waiting for my food. I waited another 15 minutes before frustration came in and asked another employee to check and see if my food was ready yet. It was ready and yet nobody had the brains to call out names for their order. When they opened it up I asked how long it had been sitting there and if it was even hot anymore. It was not but I was tired of waiting more than 30 mins for an order I told would have been ready by the time I came in.
Another time I called to ask how many boneless wings were in a medium and was told 18. I pick up my order and they show it to me and my mental estimation skills are thinking it doesn't look like 18. I asked to be sure that what was in front of me was a medium size and not small and they assured me it was a medium size. Get home and of course there are only 12 wings.
