Every time I visit this Starbucks location, my experience has been nothing short of perfect. I have a very unusual and difficult order that most baristas struggle to get right, but at this store they have nailed it every single time without fail. That level of consistency speaks volumes about the care and skill of the staff.

Beyond the coffee itself, the atmosphere here is remarkable. The team creates a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment where customers feel valued. The staff members like Nikki are not only polite and kind, but they also go out of their way to make sure every customer has the best possible Starbucks experience. It truly reminds me of the early days of Starbucks, when the brand was known for its personal touch and attention to detail.

Cleanliness is another area where this location excels. The store is always spotless and immaculately maintained. Even the bathrooms, which often reveal how well a business is run, are always perfectly clean. This level of upkeep is rare, and it shows how much pride the staff take in their work.

I asked about the manager of this store and learned her name is Marry. She deserves tremendous recognition. The way this store is managed sets the standard for what a Starbucks should be. The level of care, organization, and customer service here should be used as a model for other locations.

I love this Starbucks!! So, this review is first and foremost to give praise and a HUGE thank you to all the hardworking baristas at this location!! Second, I absolutely need to address the negative reviews. I have been coming to this location for awhile now and have seen it grow and have experienced kindness from the baristas which in turn makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. I've also seen the customers being spoken to with warmth and respect and have seen the baristas bend over backwards to do everything right for the customers. I've seen the hard work and dedication that goes into this place and I will tell you that I never knew all that is involved for the job of a barista. I don't think most people realize this and hence the bad reviews. Why don't you, who give the bad reviews, stop for a minute and think about all that is involved with this particular job? I guarantee that if you were to put yourself in this position you couldn't handle it. So stop being selfish and think before you speak and say cruel things to the people who are more than likely working harder than you probably have in your whole life! Maybe next time try being sincere and say thank you. You may not know what the person who is serving you is going through in their life so please be nice...

The girl that works here with the short black hair is the most unprofessional, disgusting ,and ignorant person I have ever met. First she misheard my drink, and I didn’t have a problem with that because I understand that happens. BUT she had a problem with me wanting the right drink? Really ? You screwed up MY drink and then got mad at me for wanting it made right? She made a completely different drink and had the nerve to get angry with me. I could see her slamming the items inside the store and then she came back and gave me a drink without whip creme and never asked me if I wanted it so I told her whip creme and she slammed the drive through window shut and got all angry. If you don’t like your job and are basically deft or hard of hearing and get mad at customers then don’t work there. Get a reality check you chose to work there, if you want to put your missary into others then don’t work there it’s that simple. I will not be coming back to this location i am so disgusted by this girl that works here and will not be giving my money to this bad location. I called and the manger voided my drink, I was ready to go return it and just go to another location,...

Well, yesterday I had a bitter experience. Despite buying a drink that was supposed to sweeten my day, I went to get a strawberry frappuccino, and what should have been a $6 or $7 transaction ended up being more expensive than I expected. After ordering my drink, I realized that the person who attended me added extras that I didn’t ask for. I understand that it's their job to try to convince customers to order more or add extras, but in this case, the person taking my order added chocolate and mocha to my strawberry drink without me requesting it. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this place. It’s only an extra $1.40, but if I didn’t ask for it, why should I have to pay for it? I think it’s a terrible strategy to add things to a customer’s drink that they didn’t request. Is that really their method to boost their numbers? I let the person know that I wasn’t familiar with the menu, and I think they took advantage of that to add ingredients I didn’t ask for. It’s really sad that they take advantage of customers this way. 🥲🥲 Pues el dia de ayer tuve una experiencia amarga, apesar de haber comprado una bebida que se suponia debia haber endulzado mi dia, pase a comprar un frappucino de fresa, y lo que debia haber sido una transaccion como de 6 o 7 dolares, salio mas cara de lo que yo pensaba, despues de haber ordenado mi bebida me percate que la persona que me atendio le agrego cosas o extras que yo no pedi, entiendo que es su labor tratar de convenser a los clientes para que consuman mas o que pidan cosas adicionales en este caso la persona que me tomo la orden le agrego a mi bebida de fresa chocolate y mocha que yo no ordene, creo que nunca volvere a este lugar, es solo $1.40 extra pero si yo no lo pedi? Por que me lo cobran, creo que es una estrategia muy mala, el ponerle al cliente cosas en la bebida que no piden? De verdad esa es la estrategia para incrementar sus numeros? Le hise saber a la persona que no estaba familiarizado con el menu y creo que por eso aprovecho para agregar ingredientes que Yo no pedi, que triste que tomen ventaja de los clientes de esa forma 🥲🥲
