Five Below — Local services in Barrington Township

This 5 Below is the best! Special shout out to Viviana!!! I had just donated 12" of my hair to Locks of Love and realized I wanted to wear earrings again now that my ears were more exposed, only to realize when I tried to put some earrings in, that my earlobe holes had closed! So I researched where I could get my ears pierced again. (The last time I had mine pierced was 1978!) I found that 5 Below pierced ears for only $5 per ear along with the cutest little blue crystal hypoallergenic flowers (my eyes are green so I wanted a color to compliment my eyes, too perfect since I didn't want the standard white crystal or standard stud) From the time I walked in and was immediately greeted and saw how many wonderful items were in the store, I knew I had come to the right place. Please note that I had never been to a 5 Below. Well I met Viviana who walked me through the whole process and her gentle touch had my ears pierced without any pain. I love my new earrings. Then it was time to shop for my new apartment. Since I had been an old-fashioned fine artist back in the day, I couldn't believe the array of art products that I used to spend a fortune on. (I have attached a picture of available products that I purchased.) Then I got sport socks for work along with incredibly priced leggings. It was only after asking for the candle aisle that I went crazy with the $5 fun light, decorative mini fountains and projector light displays. I knew I had to stop at that point and check out. I also purchased their adorable sustainable big bags which had cute graphics with the saying "grow positive thoughts." I thanked them all and couldn't wait to get home and test out some of my discoveries. Oh! I forgot to mention that they have so many beauty products. I got gel pen teeth whiteners for only $3 and assorted lipsticks for only $2. You just have to see for yourself. When I got home, I realized how cool many of the mini decorative decor lights were. I thought I can get all my Christmas work gifts, friend gifts, family gifts etc. I had a wonderful talk with Robin the manager, who scoured the store for my favorite finds and put them on hold for me for future pickup. She went above and beyond and now half of my Christmas shopping is done! If you have never been to this store, please treat yourself to a super fun experience. I can’t believe that I just went to Five Below on Sunday September 5th and that my experience was so fricking awful the fact that the half of the store looked so empty while the other side of the store was full the store didn’t have a lot of good stuff I couldn’t find anything good and the fact that two kids where tossing a ball around and my mom had to tell them two annoying rude idiots to not be tossing the ball around or else they are gonna break stuff and cause a heck of damage and I also can’t believe that kids run around in this store and that they treat this place like a playground I think that the store should have a more strict rule about tossing stuff in the store and to not run in the store cause literally this is very absurd the fact that parents let their own kids behave like that and I also can’t believe that no employee even told those two kids to not be playing around in the store the employees should’ve kicked them out so that they never come in ever again. One last thing this store has to improve on is their products and to be more on a look out for bad behaved children who can cause damage to the store and to other costumers who are buying stuff in the...

I go here a lot and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately I was trying to exchange an item I bought yesterday- tags on just a size too big- and the receipt had gotten shredded on accident. Whatever, I’ve been allowed to exchange items here no problem with the card I used to pay. Sadly, I was just told you cannot do an exchange or return without a receipt, even with the card used to purchase the items. The person who told me barely listened to me and wrote me off fairly quickly, so I don’t really believe him if I’m being honest. I was in and out of the store in 30 seconds.
