I arrived to pick up the order that I placed through the app on September 20th, 2024. There were two customers waiting to get in. The store says they open at 10:45, after ten minutes I attempted to gain the attention of several employees. One of whom looked up from his food and then ignored me. Every few minutes, I continued to try to get someone's attention to open the door. Finally, a short girl with black curl hair came out and rudely asked me to stop knocking on their windows unless I was going to clean them. At this time, she brought multiple online orders out, one of which was mine. However, she told the now 4 other customers they were not open yet, 15 minutes after they are supposed to open. These four people were denied service and chose to go next door to Jersey Mike's. While I understand things happen, the team member should have put up a sign on the door to advise the delays. Or at least send someone to the door to advise the issue rather than blatantly ignoring customers. This type of treatment to a LOYAL customer is unacceptable. Read moreI went here at 9:30 at night and every single table in the restaurant was dirty. The person who made our food was so busy having a back and forth yelling conversation with someone in the back that he didn't hear my order and I had to repeat EVERYTHING at least once. Every time he asked me something he would then not listen and yell something in response to his friend in the back. When he spoke to me he was very impatient with me as if I was the one making it such a tedious process. My son and I were literally THE ONLY customers in the restaurant at this time so it's not like he was busy or rushed. He spoke in one- word questions to me as if he was texting, something that I've noticed in customer service habits of the younger generation. There was no greeting, no thank you at the end, no instruction or guidance through the line. If this had been my first time at a Chipotle I would have been so confused. My young son said "Was he kind of mean to you?" when we were trying in vain to find a clean table at which to sit so even he picked up on it. I won't be returning to this Chipotle location. I love chipotle but why are they barely adding any cheese or meat and talking to me in a rude tone when I ask how I want my food. The first guy asked me if I wanted to pay extra for meat when I said “a little more” because he put way less than 4oz and I said “no just a little more” & he did put a little bit more and then the Second Lady demanding I tell her what I want on each bowl before asking for sides which I understand but why wouldn’t you do it a nice way instead she gives me attitude and loudly says MA’AM! and I can tell she’s frustrated already like have some patience. The cashier lady seemed nice she didn’t talk much but she was starring awkwardly the entire time.
