Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Barrington Township

I really am so puzzled as to why this location has good reviews. It is a HOT MESS. It looks like a war zone everytime I go with clothes COVERING the floor. They recently moved the shoes to the right side of the store and the aisles are big enough for one person to get through (considering the amount of shoes on the floor) I can’t find anything because it’s a such a mess. The employees are so reluctant to be there and never say “hi how are you” I don’t think any of them have actually ever said a word to me. I’ll stick to T.J Maxx and slightly higher prices just so I don’t have to deal with...

WORST POSSIBLE location. NOTHING is organized (IE petites in regular (yet hung on a "L" hanger in Womens XL or Womens L & pretty much ANY size you may look for in the wrong section AND on hangers saying petites or other not correct sizes throughout the entire store for clothing. It would take an entire day just to actually find the right size in the correct department and even on the correct hanger..SUPER frustrating. Many (not all) but most employees do not care, Manager "Kendy" demands everyone to be out the door 10min before even closing hours. WORST ever & DO...

Ivy and Sandra from this location really lacked common sense, were rude, and displayed terrible customer service in my opinion. It really, really bothered me that they refused to hold a large painting, that I couldnt fit in their shopping carts near them so i could continue shopping. I had to get in the back of the line and purchase it before i could leave it with them and then continie shopping. They were so rude with me through the entire interaction and i left their register feeling so frustrated. Would not recommend this...
